๐ I have 3 unanswered questions to the support I sent them on December 29th 2020, the second one on January 8th 2021 and the third one on January 30th 2021. INFOMANIAK IS EXPENSIVE BUT THE SUPPORT DOESN'T ANSWER.

๐ Decisamente scadente, servizi offerti non allineati con quanto promettono e indicato nel loro sito. L'assistenza รจ pessima. Domandate e aspettate almeno 2 giorni. Ma siate pronti anche alla settimana. Se vi รจ un problema da risolvere vi rispondono 2 o 3 volte, dopodichรฉ vi ignoreranno. Sconsigliatissimo se si intende usarlo per lavoro. Meglio pagare poco di piรน per un assistenza migliore (nel mio caso promettono 200mb di allegati, fornisci loro lo screenshot con l'errore del loro sistema settato a 25 mb, l'assistenza sostiene di non riscontrare il problema e di controllare il mio sistema operativo, firewall etc), ovviamente utilizzo il loro webmail.

๐ Ich musste fรผr Kunden Domains registrieren, erstmal auf meinem Konto Parkieren, schon das zweite Mal wurde ich gesperrt, letztes mal musste ich um mich zu intentivizieren meine ID schicken, da der link welcher man erhรคlt beziehungsweise die app dazu nicht funktioniert. Das Geld hat Infomaniak erhalten mich jedoch gesperrt und der Domain gilt nach wie vor als zu haben. Infomaniak hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient keinerlei Antwort auf meine Email Anfrage, bereits schon seit zwei Tagen. Wir werden daher alle 54 Domains zu einem Benutzer Freundlicher Anbieter tranverieren, Infomaniak war einst wirklich klasse, immer mehr nimmt jedoch die Benutzerfreundlichkeit deutlich ab.

I have been using mostly their storage and email for material I did not want to store elsewhere for privacy reason as well as a more private email. I had no reason to complain but then again I was not using much of their services.
Two years ago, I missed a payment. They contacted me on my secondary email to warn me about it and I reacted accordingly. This time, they sent it on my hosted email only and within 7 days had deleted all my data. Within 15 days I asked them to restore a back-up as I had very important documents there: they had none.
Infomaniak had the right to delete the few gigabytes I had on their servers after a failed payment. But you might ask yourself you want to commit to a company that handles a 10 year customer that way.

- Hosting shared servers are very powerfull and my sites are very fast
- You can install nodeJS, mongoDB, Varnish, Redis, etc in one click on a private server
- Support is very kind and answers fast. Only very technical questions take longer to be answered.

๐ I've been a client for the past 10 years, and it used to be a very good service. But since 2015 when they launched their new console, it's getting worse and worse, especially their support. It was never exceptional, but at least they did their best to assist you. Now, not only they only offer a very limited support over the week-end (it's closed between 6PM Friday until to 7AM Monday), which is a no go. they claim to be on top of their game, but don't offer any support on week-ends (well, you can still submit an 'urgent' ticket, but don't expect an answer), seriously?
Here is a relevant example of their incompetence: we can't start node.js, which is available on our server. For some reason it generates an error. 10 days (!!) after our initial support request (we got the first reply after 48hours), they ask us to send them the command we use for the 3rd time! Not only that's the command they give in their FAQ, but how you start node.js anyway. And that's just one of the multiple [leggi di piรน...]

They have decided to suspend my account with informing me in advance on a friday at 4PM for reasons they cannot even justify (claiming a complain from Clean-MX which I have contacted and have denied this information).
They were unable to reply to my requests between 4 and 6PM because customer service was too busy and of course there is no support on weekend. This is not acceptable so don't host anything there excepted if it's not important or if you can accept unreliable hosting and just need cheap hosting.
They have decided to suspend my account with informing me in advance on a friday at 4PM for reasons they cannot even justify (claiming a complain from Clean-MX which I have contacted and have denied this information).

I stummbled on their services while looking to host a client account. They seemed ok and I called ahead to make sure they weren't deadbeats. I paid for service and got my confirmation email, I wait a day or so and email back inquiring about the ftp info? They stated that since I was from the US i needed to scan my passport to prove my identification, mind you this is AFTER I paid for service. I checked and this request is very illegal.
Now its been a couple weeks and I'm still waiting for a refund. When I inquired about that, they flat out said " Sorry but we're on vacation and have a reduced staff, we'll take care of your refund when we return"...
