😠 This web host used to be good years ago but started removing features (such as ssh access) and and now makes it very difficult to cancel service and get a refund. Their support has deteriorated rapidly as the current tech support people are not very knowledgeable and respond very slowly. They used to be reachable by phone, but not anymore. I previously recommend them to my clients but now I advise them to discontinue service as soon as they can.

The advice before the order was by e-mail and was friendly and very competent. The webspace was released within 2 minutes after ordering. The services provided corresponded to the description, and even went beyond it. I had several technical additional wishes, which - as far as the circumstances allowed - to my great surprise within a few hours were fulfilled. The support usually responds to requests within hours and has always been satisfactory. The telephone accessibility to the business hours is very good and without long waiting loops. There is a 24-hour emergency service to my knowledge, but I have never had to use. The servers are always accessible, no failures as usual with other hosters.
