😠 pessima assistenza, non rispondono in breve tempo, non sono in grado di trasferire forum xenforo, abbiamo chiesto il rimborso paypal ma anche paypal non riceve nessuna risposta da loro. PESSIMA AZIENDA DA EVITARE
🗨 La ringraziamo della sua recensione, che a quanto ci risulta purtroppo non rispecchia del tutto la verità.
Il trasferimento del forum è stato richiesto soltanto qualche giorno prima che il servizio di hosting scadesse presso un altro fornitore. Il nostro servizio Move (per il trasferimento di siti) prevede il trasferimento senza interruzioni e quindi con dei test accurati entro 4-5 giorni feriali. Dato che nel tempo limite da rispettare non sarebbe stato possibile offrire il servizio nella qualità Hoststar, le abbiamo consigliato di richiedere qualche giorno in più di tempo al suo fornitore di hosting attuale.
Non essendo riusciti a soddisfarla, abbiamo poi su sua richiesta rispondendo a tutte le sue mail entro il tempo di reazione garantito, avviato il procedimento di rimborso, che come da informazioni inviatele può durare fino a 10 giorni feriali.
Il versamento del rimborso avverrà quindi entro domani sul suo conto.
Allo stato attuale non ci risulta alcuna richiesta in sospeso. [read more...]

😁 Rundum höchste Qualität und hervorragender support. Sehr schöne Oberfläche, vielseitiges und professionelles Angebot mit zahlreichen extras wie z.B. Wordpress.
