😁 Zeer vriendelijke en kundige partij. Mij altijd goed bijgestaan in mijn 4 jaar als klant zijn. Tickets worden snel behandeld en opgelost. Al met al zeer tevreden.

😞 Meer dan 50 hosting accounts zijn door hun verhuisd naar Hostslim, de probleempjes die hierbij kwamen kijken werden snel opgelost. Maar de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening is droevig te noemen.
Server was vaak niet bereikbaar, pas na melding van mij kwam er actie. Er is geen proactieve werking vanuit Hostslim, men handelt pas na meldingen van de klant.
Ik ben na 2 maanden met gierende banden weg gegaan bij ze. Nu nog van ze af zien te komen aangezien ze ondanks de opzegging toch facturen blijven sturen. Dit omdat ze de producten in het klantportal weer gewoon op actief hebben gezet.
De ondersteuning en het contact met de support heb ik zeker prettig ervaren. nadeel was dat we dagelijks meerdere keren contact hadden omdat de problemen die er waren niet opgelost werden, of na de oplossing vrijwel direct weer terug kwamen.
Totaalbeeld, Hostslim heeft echt wel verstand van wat ze doen, maar de uitvoering blijft steken op hobby niveau. prima voor de website over de [read more...]

HostSlim Datacenter Lelystad under construction [LIVE UPDATES] - We are pleased to announce the progress regarding the construction of the 2nd HostSlim Datacenter in Lelystad. This data floor will contain 20 Premium Rittal Racks, each with 2 × 32 AMP Power Supplies and 12 1/2 racks. Our data center will operate entirely separately from other data floors. Each data floor has its own UPSs, emergency power supplies, fiber optic connections and cooling systems. We work closely with Alticom, which will take over the construction for our data center. This is the first private Datacenter of HostSlim on Dutch soil. Since the demand is so high, we expect to build a second data center in 2019. We can build “Edge Datacenters” in this way. This means that by building relatively small datacenter spaces we can quickly switch and also achieve a very low PuE value, which results in much less power consumption. 😠 HOSTSLIM is a scam
HOSTSLIM.eu and HOSTSLAYER.com are the same team.
And they are scammers.
It's been a week since I paid for a hosting plan and got nothing
Every time I try to login to my Cpanel I get this message "Unable to autologin. Contact Support"
But support is dead, all my tickets are still unanswered.
And again - it's been a WEEK.
I guess it's obviously a scam so be careful out there and don't make my mistake dealing with scammers like HOSTSLIM or HOSTSLAYER.
HOSTSLIM.eu and HOSTSLAYER.com are the same team.
And they are scammers.
