😁 There was an issue that caused my site to go offline and I was scared I had lost everything, all the data and months of hard work. The backup system held up beautifully though and the support agent was able to restore my site within a few hours. I’m not happy this happened but it is nice to know that the backup promises are true and that you can actually count on the company coming through for you.

For the good, speed is ok, customer service is good specially when Piotr answers, even so it has been considerably decreasing in quality seems I sign up in 2018.

For my personal story, they suspended my account (5 e-commerces) without notice in the middle of the night?

Why? You might ask, I have been victim of a hack and one of my form has been used to send Spam. I took action immediately and contacted the customer service for help, alongside my IT team and my security service Sucuri, within 1 day we blocked the SMPT and so the spam stopped sending, it took us few days fixing the issue but no matter cause the spam stopped. It was going good with them until unless we get DMCA , and one phising mail ticket I received which I asked my client to delete and my client deleted it but I forgot to update in the ticket.
The ticket was closed so I thaught the matter is closed so the ticket is being closed.

Being told that the migration of my half-working website is being pushed to the back of the queue since they have to other orders to fulfil, just terrible if you ask me, then stefan on chat does silent, then the owner accuses me of not being constructive, i had been sent from stefan to ticketing for the past 24 hours and not a one of them wanted to help, even got told on live chat "ill be back in 40 minutes since im taking my break" right after they took my money!

It started off well until i realised that all this greatness than stefan had promised was actually far from the truth! It's been a nightmare for me and for this reason, i 100% DO NOT recommend them.
