Support is great. Gigapros is highly reliable, professional and, as other reviewers have already pointed out, they provide excellent and fast support. They also have cloudflare that protects my web sites. The network uptime is great - their promise 99.9% is correct. This decent hosting provider does seem to have some issues with customer service and tech support, however I would expect that this is mainly due to the lack of customer calls that are taken as the service is intuitive and quite easy to use. Recommended.

There was one issue when a server had problems and the support response was rather slow until we called them directly. Gigapros team has definitely helped ultimahosts worldwide expansion. The speed is amazing, very reliable, the support is fantastic (we needed a server reset, they done it within 20 minutes), the price is great! It's very hard to over state how good these guys really are. The provider I have been working for has switched all of their hosting over to Gigapros in the past few weeks, the reason? Gigapros hosting provider is good! They offer, in my opinion, the best value for vps servers based on that they give you daily offsite backups which most like my previous host charge extra for, and their support almost always gets on tickets in under 20 minutes.
