😃 I have been using the forex VPS of hostitsmart for the past year. They always have my back to conquer any issue regarding my forex VPS account but well there is no bigger issue yet. Because their technical team is very strong. If we see other similar providers then dedicatedcore is the best option to buy forex VPS hosting. I am using it and I say you could go with any of these.

😠 I get to know about this company from search engine, their sales chat response was immediate and confirmed server locations of Mumbai with 100 Mbps speed.
On Subscribing for their premium plan (8 Gb, 4 Core, 80 Gb SSD) Windows Server 2016 VPS, I was hardly able to manage the VPS.
A single round trip from Mumbai to their VPS was taking up to 10 seconds which was really beyond imaginations. When I check speed with speedtest, I was shocked that speed I was getting was hardly 0.6 Mbps. Screen shots are attached herewith.
After reaching their support and spending a lot of time, they were saying that this is the normal speed. I was promised for 100Mbps and given 0.6Mbps and this is normal for them.
I cannot continue with this speed so I asked for refund very politely which was denied by saying that there is no refund policy.
I hardly used VPS for few hours and that too just troubleshooting speed thing. They eat-up 2600/- INR for nothing. If they still deny for refund, will [read more...]

😠 worst quality of windows vps server and almost zero support. most of the time no operator is available to attend call at given customer care number. even I am facing issue of no replies on support tickets as well. Sales team always available but support is horrible.

😠 I bought VPS and the server is going down every day more than 4 hours. The technical teams knows nothing, and the support lines are not answered for houses.

Completely unprofessional team with no basic experience. Their mail server has led to IP blacklisting. A website may go down suddenly.
Never give immediate response. No reply on mail or call .

😠 SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I ordered services from this seller, and the company provided very poor services. Most of staff online chat were rude and took several hours to assist me.
My website was down for three days, and sent them multiple emails. I did not receive a response for over a week.
I do not recommend anyone use the services of Hostitsmart.com unless of course you are not very smart.

😠 The worst ever host in India
This is a new host based in Ahmadabad India. I do not know whether the people rating this host higher are real people or not or simply they are their staff or team. Five star rating is just like a sin for this host for which the almighty will never forgive them as they are throwing the innocent people in the hand of a fraud host. First of all I got my domain transferred to this host and they charged me 1 year renewal fee and did not extend expiry by another 1 year as per their promise. This is the first fraud they committed. I got trapped by this host by trial offer of 1 month in "Starter" plan that provided me best speed. But when I upgraded my plan to "Performance" to suit my business needs, they delimited me on every front including ram, IOPS, concurrent processes, etc and even many more that they did not disclose earlier. 😠 HostITSmart is the worst hosting provider I have ever seen. The dedicated server goes down in a gap every 5 to 6 days time for many hours and the tech team not able to fix even working on it for hours. Worst server, worst tech team and worst support staff. You ask them something and they will reply something else. The dedicated server is worst than shared hosting servers. In one line, if you want that your business should bear losses because of downtime, then go for it. If I calculate an average up time, then in 100 hours of hosting time, there will be at least 8 to 10 hours of down time and I am talking about Dedicated Server. Now think of other services. You can guess.
