😠 These guys are criminals. I bought a domain for them which they sent me a mail that it was successful.
For 4 whole months I kept trying to use the domain and it wasn't working. Only for me to contact these criminals and they told me the name was withheld! How?.
When I opened a ticket and you told me you've fixed it and everything was fine and now you are telling me a different story.
Alright fix it they are busy giving me stories. I told them ok, since they can't get the domain name registered they should refund me and they have refused.

This is not the first time I'm having a bad experience with them!

😠 My site being used my whogohost
I don't know if this is only happening to me, whogohost staff is changing the payment method in my website to their favour, I have change my client area password, change my account 3 times and moved my services and add 2fa code, I even bought site lock ssh to prevent injections, cookies,malwares , and mysqli injections even change the cpanel password this happen with like 20 of my hosting with them and I have taken this action but it still keeps happening I manually search for any possible way if this is a hack but no this person has optimum access, this person can even delete my codes that is written in php and put his own html just imagine and whogohost is telling it not from their end please what do you think

😠 Their support gets from bad to worse, and not to worst. it takes them over 48 hours to respond to support tickets after several eccalations. i just lost an impatient client cos he felt i was delaying in resolving an issue. this is annoying.

😠 Bad customer service, i had to wait till eternity to fix issue related to server, I did the Node Js Rapid Hosting and i can tell you its not rapid at all but rather slow and I don't have traffic on my site yet, consider if i later had traffic. Their server is always down with random errors. I feel helpless most times and still feel helpless because client had paid me to host and am facing this difficulties.

😠 This the worst domain and hosting company I have ever seen. I have over 20 domains with them. But just as you try to update your nameservers, you encounter errors. May be they want to force you to host with them. They have the WORST customer service personnel. After wasting your time, they will deny the errors and then tell you to send them an email. Their server has issues, always down, showing errors. Changing name servers should be the easiest thing a web admin should encounter. Its a very difficult process for WHOGOHOST. The don't treat their customer right. They are the worst!!!!!

However, if you encounter an error, we will like for you to contact us by sending us a mail with the registered email and state the nameservers to change to. This is not in any way to stress you but for security reasons. We will like to be sure that the person who registered the domain name with us is the one asking that we change the nameservers.

😠 THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY IN NIGERIA. Whogohost has done a lot of damage to my business and I don't even know how to repair. Their server is ALWAYS DOWN at least once or twice everyday. If you register with them, just know that nobody will be able to access your site and customers will be complaining everyday. Please do not toy with your business. AVOID WHOGOHOST!!!!!!!!!!!

😠 Since my domain name registration and hosting began with Whogohost over three weeks ago, I have had only a couple of days access to the admin part of the domain which means that I can't work on the domain. The domain itself has been down since after the first week. There have been lots of meaningless apologies from Whogohost. Whogohost has blamed the problem on everything including their domain name registrar. These are all lies because I happen to know how these processes work and could check them. Every time you caught them out in a lie, they just tell more lies. They lack the technical know how and seem to believe that lying their way out is the way to go. If you want to avoid unnecessary frustration and loss of business time, avoid Whogohost.

😠 I subscribed to the giant hosting plan on whogohost and the issues began almost immediately. I discovered that the my web IP was getting blacklisted very often and a lot of my outgoing email were getting block. I complained about this issues repeatedly and it later subsided...an then to my greatest shock, sometimes in August,2016, I discovered that whogohsot had a server crash and whogohost made bold notified me that they had no backup of almost two years of the business correspondences that I had on their server... In fact they referred me to their service level agreement and told me that they were not liable for data loss!!! number one hosting company in Nigeria is not responsible for data loss on its servers???
After a lot of augment with their support team, I decided to set up another set of official email accounts on our hosting plan with them and within four weeks of setting up the accounts the email accounts disappeared into thin air, again...at this point I called the [read more...]
