😠 These people think they are doing a customer a favour; this is so loud in all responses to enquiries and issue tickets raised. saddening that all the new emails being signed up(created) cant access their mailbox for over 10 days and they are not doing anything. The error is always "login invalid" from all available ISPs. I have reported this for the past 10 working days, but one Kayode in the support team has being in war of words with us; he cant answer technical queries, always in the "mill" defending blindedly what we provided evidence to support, always "running the mill - his mouth like a clown...we are just wondering how he got to that role ". He has refused to do the needful and we are constrained to move our need to another service provider. At least 3 domains would require VPS hostings and we cant have them on web4frica.com as Kayode has made customer experience a very bad one...and we wont fail to advice others to never use web4africa service.. 😠 I doubt if there is any hosting company as terrible Web4Africa. Your hosting need is better served with a desktop connected to the internet from your garage than going with these folks. Totally unserious and unprofessional and do not know what it means to run a business. Performance of website was terrible through out the period subscribed. Their support is non existent and when they come around to answer your questions, they sound like they are doing you a favour. I wish there was any score less than 1 star. They don't deserve any star at all

😠 The most useless hosting company you can ever see, i upgraded and paid very much in advance, 7 days have passed and no response, most of the time their online chat service dont response and even if you open a ticket it will not be replied and later after few days they will close your ticket without even resolving the issue.

1. Your websites can disappear at any time and they will never claim responsibility for it. Happens alot, and you have to start the website from scratch.
2. Customer support is crappy. They will frustrate your life with copy-and-paste responses. They really dont know much.
3. Very slow server. If you can cope with waiting for 30mins for your page to load every time you click on a link, then go for web4africa.
4. Owner doesnt give a crap about you. The owner is Oluniyi Ajao and he doesnt care about customers.
5. Lack of security. My websites got hacked countless times and I had to re-do it all over again.

😠 Web4africa is a fraud
Please be warned, do not do business with this company because it is useless and will destroy your business. The worst customer support I had ever experienced.
Here is one my experiences:
I purchased many domain names from them,
I tried to transfer two of these to another registrar, so I asked them to provide me with my EPP code and also remove the privacy (they are under obligation to do so by ICANN),
They asked my why, and I honestly said it was due to the cost,

Please be warned, do not do business with this company because it is useless and will destroy your business. The worst customer support I had ever experienced.
Here is one my experiences:
I purchased many domain names from them,
I tried to transfer two of these to another registrar, so I asked them to provide me with my EPP code and also remove the privacy (they are under obligation to do so by ICANN),
They asked my why, and I honestly said it was due to the cost,

😠 Web4africa is just not ok
I have been having series of problem wit them just suspending my account for no reason. The most annoying is that when u open a support ticket wit them, it takes more than 48hrs to get a response. My account has been suspended for weeks now, and they are so unresponsive about it.i think they should just upgrad their services, though their prices are fair.

i will like to say web4africa is a scam company, it is good for small website not big once, they will keep telling you UPGRADE from shared to VPS and from VPS to Dedicated. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, talking to their live chat and they went off intentionally.
i must say they are 100% bad please stay away from them...

😃 My site is good since last 2 months but today got down again since morning even theyr main website is down , but since 1 yr till a few months ago it was going down 10 times a day , this is the worst server they have i have like 20 domains with them and this one is the most shit the website i have mentioned,webhost i mean... they should fix theyr servers asap they go down and up every some mins , today is down since long .. im considering to transfer this one really soon! i still use some of theyr services bcoz i dont have public websites or a company.

😠 They recently upgraded to PHP 5.3.1 without notifying their customers. This caused joomla sites to crash. Has taking them over 24 hrs (still waiting) for them to reply to a support email

😠 The control panel does not permit the basics to verify domain ownership. But worse than this, it has taken over 12h to get a support officer to consider to do this on my behalf. Were I at this time be pausing a customer project for this trivial reason I may as well charge the customer a bit more and move to a host whic provides a better customer experience.
The price is great, but unfortunatly if the reason for a low price is that we have limited contols and limited support for really simple tasks, I will have to reconsider.

Although their rates are good, their hosting suckz
Their servers are damn slow and they will ban you without any reason if you start getting more traffic, no matter how much bandwidth you use..And then they will just give you a fake reason that you violated TOS etc
Their customer support is extremely BAD!
They say that they will refund you within 30 days of hosting, if you don't like it..
But when you actually claim a refund, they will just terminate your ip and won't reply to your support tickets or chat...
I have used their silver package....In the beginning they were good but later on they showed their colors and I faced a huge loss just because of them..
It's nothing but just a scam...
Their low rates are just to attract the customer! But later on you will realize that you made a biggest mistake in your life!
