😠 I always have a problem with their SSL certificate.Their service is not secured. I always talk to their Customer Burden Rep. And still cannot fix my concern. SSL not working. Marami silang "hindi covered" sa service nila ksi daw third party daw yun. NILAGAY NYO PA SA SERVICES NYO KUNG HINDI NYO RIN NAMAN BIBIGYAN NG SUPPORT. Migrating all my account to other service provider. NOT RECOMMENDED. SASAKIT LANG ULO MO sa pangakong serbisyo nila.

I'm posting this review just to disprove the previous post that web.com.ph has poor service.
First of all, it's a legit company (NOT scam) and their pricing is one of the lowest in the market. I haven't encountered any problems for the past 3 years, instead continued to get services from them.

I'm posting this review just to disprove the previous post that web.com.ph has poor service.
First of all, it's a legit company (NOT scam) and their pricing is one of the lowest in the market. I haven't encountered any problems for the past 3 years, instead continued to get services from them.

😠 I did a lot of research on this company before doing business with them. As I sit here today, I wish I had done more. This company is a typical example of the saying, "you get what you pay for".
I made the mistake of thinking that if the company had cPanel and WHM, then it must be just as good as their competition companies that provide the same cPanel/WHM service. How wrong I was!
1. On my first .ph domain, I made the mistake of buying my domain through the hosting company rather than directly from the registrar. This was a huge mistake. What they don't bother to tell you is that if you buy your domain through them, you lose the ability to manage your own domain information, which means that you have to wait for their company to make any changes you need regarding YOUR domain.
