π Best service ever. I have been using velia for more than a year now there services are amazing.
Further I read the reviews about the customer support people are leaving bad reviews about the support.
But there is one thing to understand at velia customer support is limited to hardware replacement or any network faliour the are not commited to fix any mis-adventure based on bad config or server software related issues.
This kind of support is more than enough for customers like us and according to my understanding velia is a product designed for customers like us as they provide higher resources that cost less money.
If you are a newbee or a direct consumer who wants to host there website with them than I think you are in a wrong place. But if you are a pro in server administration and use there services to build you own infrastructure that you provide to your client than you are at the best place.
Further I read the reviews about the customer support people are leaving bad reviews about the support.

Please note that this will lead to a downtime of about 30-60 minuts. Please confirm.
Please note that if the drive is confirmed failed it might cause a dataloss (depending on the RAID level you have and on other criteria ) .
Please confirm to us that you understand \accept the mentioned above so we can check further."

π Worst support rude and not helpful. company policy is ridiculous and they don't want to fix their mistakes. they don't take backups and at 17 they stop responding to live communication. if there is a problem with your server they will delete it :D easy fix

π velia.net is the worst server provider, the dedicated server often crashes and when you request a partial or full refund they refuse to send refunds, a complete scam, worst customer service.

π Don't look at their price.. They have most pathetic support.(After your server purchse).. if go with them just remember "Your server may crash often" and "You will lose any data. They just love to install and uninstall systems instead of taking care your server.

π I have been with velia for 4 months now and have two of their entry level e-1230 v5 servers. The support is fantastic and for the price I pay is very good value for money.
Their IPMI on the super micro servers actually works compared to the ilo 1 you get on older HP proliants out there. ( I need to mount my own iso's to install my OP systems )
Tho you will need a chromium based browser no higher than version 41 or Internet explorer ( Version 11 on Win 10 works fine )
Overall great company to work with and will be purchasing more servers in the future.

π very poor performance thay already use blocked ip and payment with out permiton velia.net use our credit card . useless server providers
