Do NOT ever use this company to host your domain period. I’ve had case # 02027324 open for 10 days to do something every single one of their competitors allows – assign a domain to a new website. My org website 2 weeks ago had an text error produced by their server – the only thing showing on the site is this error message. They said they could not fix the error & asked me to create a new web page. Once done they said they (because you yourself do not have this ability on their dashboard) will re-assign the domain to the new web page. Been 10 days now & they still have not done this despite multiple promises to do this. I would give this zero stars vs one if the option was available. Please do yourself a favor & use GoDaddy or literally any other web host.
