Warning to all webmasters. Stay away from Truehost.This hosting company Truehost cloud is the most useless unreliable company .
This hosting company offers cheap and very bad services. Very bad customer services. They terminate customers account anytime without notice. Very poor unreliable hosting .
Several bad experiences.
Last year domains of one of the client I managed was about to expire just one month left , I paid for renewal this useless Truehost failed to pay ICAN to renew that domain until that domain expired and After several lawsuit threat it took Truehost almost 2months to claim this domain back .This is an eccommerce website which was already thriving and making good sales. The user was out of business for that 2month.
They also terminate users account anytime they feel like without informing the user.no top hosting in the world does this. Godaddy hostgator namecheap hostmetro google cloud none will ever do such. Hosting companies will notify users first if [read more...]

After I had troubled myself trying to chat with customer service and constantly left with a bot that kept promising to transfer me to Jacqueline (wasted effort) I got an invoice of 1200 unpaid rather than the paid 7700

😠 There services are even worst than I thought. I paid for a VPS Tcloud host for the past 7 days but is totally a fraud. They have refused to transfer my files to the new host, neither have they agreed they haven't done so. And they have refused to refund my money. And they have given me false VPS Account logins that keeps redirecting. I use to trust them, but I this they are scammers in wolf clothing. I have called, submitted tickets via email, live chat, and client area, but to no avail. Am tired and am just waiting for my Silver plan to expire, so that I can move on with my life. They even blocked my line from calling. There service seems to suck.

😠 I registered a domain for over two weeks now can't use it can't even update the nameservers, i contacted support and still no reply for days i have other domains with them but this attitude now is making me regret doing business with them already

😞 Your service is very okay, but something has changed recently. Your chat features on your website.
You change it and this new chat features is the worst. When chat about to start all details were not inserted automatically before it was automatic.
When chat started the bot start and doesn't recognize commands very well.
It takes some time for your agent to show up.
Before everything was fast we love it.
Now if we need something snapping it takes ages
I still remember on my first day that I make payment and payment provider doesn't recognize it I chatted and everything was fast to resolve and it's even encourage me that am in the right place.
If that's happened again this time, am sure that payment might gone.
Please do something about it.
