😠 Terrible service, they have a made-up excuse to suspend your VPS, and you can't get it back until you wait for their terrible support that is not available 24/7 as stated on the website, but only during their work hours and not on weekends lol. False advertising. Also, they will keep any money you fund on your account, even if you want to cancel all the services. Not recommended, small scam company. Also, they are removing bad reviews on other places, typical scummy practice.

😠 Great host, until you need customer service. Very slow response time, sometimes even 3-4 days. When Tilaa has a problem, they threaten to contact you to shut down your server if you don't fix it quickly. As soon as you respond with the question how they want you to solve it, you will get a story without an answer. After asking 2x more, how do you get the answer that you just have to look it up on the internet. Have my service canceled immediately, they don't care about customers

When You pay for some hosting - You pay for prepaid service, like You pay for prepaid mobile tariff, so when you will stop pay - You will not get this service, like they do (they stop to provide their service for You) but also they try to get money from Your card, and think You owe them it! Think twice before get their service!Also it's against their policy, but they don't care.

😁 I'd been looking for a good hoster for quite a while and eventually settled for Tilaa, mostly based on costumer reviews and their pricing and flexibility. I like the fact that you can basically construct your own VPS, which you can start using right away. The control panel is pretty straightforward and therefor easy to use, but if something isn't clear it's always possible to reach their customer support.

I had a 1gb server with tilla and there support was very bad.
2-3 days response sometimes and even those were very short responses.
They took some money without notifying me first so I contacted paypal for a refund and they refused. Then to my shock tilaa had deleted my account so i couldn't even use the overpayment.
Very bad and there language is appalling.
NOT recommended.

🗨 This customer didn't follow our procedures to cancel the service properly and then ignored and failed to make a payment for an invoice while we provided a working VPS to this client.
Once that happens we have to outsource collection of the invoice to a collection agency who will indeed charge a hefty collection fee for administrative handling.
We don't like to do that, but if a customer refuses to pay for provided services we have no other choice.

😠 Fraudsters send your data 3rd parties, and they threatened to charge to your credit card the fines for not use the resource.
I didn't use VPS 2 months. They suspend service because i didn't paid for one month in future, and now I have spam attack from 3rd parties with threats.

The 3rd party this customer is referring to is our collection agency who will collect invoices on our behalf if a customer refuses to pay for an open invoice. i had a vps with these guys, it expired or so i thought. apparently i had signed up for s subscription service without knowing, and it auto renewed. i don't even recall seeing this on the signup. so looks like they are a dishonest host. most companies would charge you for what you use but not this one. you think paying ahead of time for the month would be fine but they seem to think they can add to your bill and track you to make their money. I hope this review reaches some people and i hope the people who run this company choke on their next meal (i'm not joking, you people are absolute scum in what you are doing and i hope you rot in hell)

We had 1 day of service and had to pay for 2 months to avoid their accounts terms and so called conditions. Paid on time to avoid the draconian penalties etc. Avoid is my advice.. they are worse than BT in the UK (that is hard to beat!)

😁 I spent ages reading reviews, checking stats and comparing prices before starting a pre-sale discussion with the guys at Tilaa. I am on the opposite time zone to them, but they actively worked through my requirements (24/7) and I became confident that their VPS service supported what I needed.
My service was provisioned within minutes allowing me to easily install the OS of my choice. Although the control panel is a little thin at the moment, they are a young company with fresh ideas and room for growth... everything is performing above my expectations and all aspects of configuration are available. A+

😃 I've been looking for a Vps provider for a month before I've stumbled upon Tilaa.
I have tried most of the TOP10 Vps providers and I must say that Tilaa wins with their staff friendliness and overall experience.
It's QEMU-based hosting, so you can reinstall a system kernel as you want, also all system devices, e.g. clock are accessible.
Having a 2x Ram amount of swap is a big plus
Pretty fast also.
