😠 All seemed well for the first year of paying for hosting services, but as problems emerged such as being constantly blacklisted from access for doing simple things like attempting to check email, every complaint was gaslighted with telling me how superior their services are. The past year, I paid for a separate account because that was the only way to facilitate separate cpanel access. I paid for migration help and they completely screwed it up, over and over. The past few months, they have made promises to correct the fails so many times and have completely convoluted my hosted sites so much they are practically useless. When I requested that my balance surplus be sent to paypal so I could make a payment on my main account, they delayed and delayed until it was used up by late fees. I've grown to absolutely despise Td Web Services. I will never recover the damage they have caused.

😠 Signed up for an entry level service and was surprised with mandatory increases, sometimes double each year. Spent half the time locked out of my own accounts because they refused to whitelist my IP, which is nearly impossible not to mess up any of 35 email logins that trigger 3 strikes. Final straw: I spent all of 2021 unable to maintain my wordpress sites because they had a server malfunction with Softaculous, kept blaming them for the problems, but I was hosting with a different provider that never had any of those problems. I spend all year getting gaslighted by them about it. Every complaint was met with telling me everything was due to their arbitrary upgrades for services I never cared about. True story.
