Their so-called "panels" are practically useless from an engineering perspective. You canβt even open your own ports or reinstall a self-managed server without begging support. Basic functionality that any VPS provider should offer is completely missing.
And when you reach out for help, the arrogance begins. Two support staff in particular β one whose name starts with Sha** and another called Est** β seem to work against the companyβs own customers. Unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude.
We were hoping to use these servers for EU-based projects, but the experience turned into a complete disaster due to their "highly efficient" (sarcasm intended) technical support.

One of the most unreliable hosting ever. 99.9% uptime?? My foot. I have installed a Ghost blog using their software installer provided in the control panel. One month later, my website started throwing 503 error. When I talked to the customer care, they said, GHOST is not supported in the shared hosting. I was shocked!! I have a working blog running for a month and suddenly they said GHOST is not supported ever.
The most funniest thing is, when I asked , how it was working all these time, the support guy said "I DONT KNOW". Excellent!!
My humble advice. Please dont go for it

The uptime is least, less than 50%.
php speed is like 30 seconds for 15 lines of code.!!!

If a user tries with wrong password for more than 5 times our firewall will block his IP for couple of hours and this doesn't mean the site was down.
I strongly insist you to use free site up-time monitoring tools such as siteuptime.com to monitor and finally you will come to know that we are honoring our promises.

π As I write this review, CPANEL access is down. And my site went down yesterday at 9 PM and didn't recover until 11.30PM.
I observed one more such downtime last week.

Everyday our customer base waos keep on increasing and moreover 70% of our orders were based on word of mouth. If you have mentioned your original email id, at least i might have contacted you and check for real reason.
Your review seems that some hidden agenda was behind your post.

We are very strict on Spammers, Resouce Abusers, Phishers and Malware sites. While suspending or terminating such accounts generally the abusers will get tensed and post like this.
We are based in India and we are proud to say that we are one of the real 24x7 support provider. Even in the midnights our support will pick the call and answer you.

Please don't do the mistake I did getting reseller pack. my business is almost dead without customers. This fellow traffic is because of the result hosting in squarebrothers.com. you can witness this by seeing the traffic in July and January every year because results are released in these months.

π I have been hosting with Square brothers for 6 months. I past three months i had troubles with their server going down.
Their servers go down at least twice in a week.
Seriously i don't understand how they are in the business. They are cheap, but not worth it, half the time their servers are down. And their customer support agent respond to you after 4 to 5 hrs, saying that, it is "working now".
I feel they have hired a bunch of morons to run their data centers.
They Suck, dont every get Square brothers as your hosting providers. they really suck. trust me.
