😠 Не могут поднять выделенный сервер на протяжении 5 дней
Рекомендую обходить данных ребят стороной.
Обратился к ним с целью аренды выделенного сервера под срочный проект до конца месяца, перед заказом уточнил о наличии железа и сроках подъема сервера, на что получил ответ, что железо в наличии, сервер поднимут в течение 24 часов. Спустя сутки сервер так и не подняли, обратился повторно, на что мне сказали, что железа нет, извините, надо заказать, займет 3-4 дня, возможно меньше. При обращении в поддержку спустя 4 дня с момента заказа сервера - игнор от поддержки в телеграмм несколько часов, ответа на вопрос по срокам подъема сервера нет, написал в поддержку на сайте, получил ответ, что сегодня сервер поднимут, якобы дали максимальный приоритет задаче и извинились. По итогу дня сервер так и не поднят. Самое отвратительное отношение к клиенту, с которым я в принципе встречался. В итоге 5 дней потрачено впустую, сроки реализации проекта по угрозой срыва, обратился к конкурентам, которые подняли мне выделенный дедик за 20 минут с аналогичным [read more...]
