😁 registered my 4th domain, thought them brilliant again
I'm very good at many things (html5/canvas/javascript/jquery/php/mysql) but the back-end, the server, its not my thing. I just want it to run and bother me not. Which is where Sitevalley comes in. Now have shared hosting & VPS. Most importantly, whenever I'm not understanding something (which is frequently the case) support is *always* ready, always fast, always professional and it's all up & running in no time at all. If I was rich I'd send them a few cases of good whiskey each Christmas but because I'm poor as this should do it :/

well, i m actually dumb about technical things.. like once i did install a bad plugin in my wp site and that made my mysql database error.. so i did asked help from them and they helped me instantly .. actually i didnt saw any other company helps like this with personal problems in my whole webmaster life .. so what should i say? only thing i can say, they are best, awesome helping hand..

I joined Sitevalley.com several months ago and chose shared hosting (VIPHosting it is called at the moment) at first because all the specifications that are mentioned on the site were ok for me.
Less then in a month after my site became more popular it began to go down from time to time.
When I get to chat they told me that my site was overloading the CPU resources that was forbidden in theit Terms of services. They explained me the difference, counted how much it would be for me to uprade, why it ould be better and in sever days after having thougt I gave up. Oh, I should have done it faster!
At first I had to get used to new cPanel, some DNS questions. I came to the chat system for about 10 times. Yes, after the 4th time the support explained me that all the questions about the settings changes sholud be asked in ticket so that their techs had the history of all they had changed, the case history=)
At the moment after many consultings everything works without any downs.

I joined Site Valley back in November 2010, and I was quite skeptical, on if they were a good host or not. I had read many good reviews, but that can be said with HostGator who let me down, so I was quite paranoid when I signed up. Oh how wrong was I to judge. Site Valley have been the best host I've ever been with. Their technical support deparment is well educated with how the systems work and fix most problems within an hour (If they're major problems). Their super good value for money, and their customer service... Wow. Their customer service, they treat you like royalty. They're really nice to you, and actually make an effort. I very rarely, in fact I've NEVER had a problem with this host, and any problems I have had, (Which were my fault, not theirs) They've fixed for me.
I cannot recommend this host enough. I definately will be with them, for a very long time.

😃 Personally I consider SiteValley.com a good web hosting provider for small websites that don't require much resources. I've been using SiteValley.com services over 2 years in testing purposes. Their blog hosting package let me study Wordpress and many other hosting related tricks. Right now I'm looking forward to purchasing a VPS package with them, since virtual server hosting is something they are really really good it. I can't tell they are ideal, since no one is, but they are fair about their services and have outstanding support - for sure.

😠 Completely trash. The site is down weekly, 99.9% uptime... what a joke. The customer support is fine for your first couple weeks then forget about it. You get what you pay for in hosting and the $5/month they charge isn't even worth it.

BE AWARE, they love to suspend your account after around 4-6 months. Site Vally are one of the only blog hosting companies NOT to use CPANEL, something that many people are not aware of when registering with them. As hosting goes apart from the almost weekly downtime of your site, their level of customer support is almost non existent. I'm willing to bet that if you go to their website right now, their so called live customer support service is offline, and better yet if you send them an email it can take upto a week to get a standard reply, normally consisting of a we are looking into your problem answer. And if you are already stuck with their service you had better make sure you do a daily backup of your site, because several times I lost mine through no fault of my own. AVOID Sitevally like the swine flu, a free host would be better than this.

😠 They are a terrible host. For the first month the server would go down every night. Once they finally fixed it it was only another 2 weeks before we had the same issue.
They also love to suspend your account at random times, never during your own peak times, but whenever they get the urge to try to make you pay for a better host.
