Van het eerste contact tot aan de laatste oplevering is het top, topper, topst. Bouke combineert technische expertise met een ongekende betrokkenheid. Hij denkt mee, lost sneller op dan je kunt vragen, en weet ook de meest complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen tot heldere, uitvoerbare oplossingen. En altijd met een glimlach – ook al zie je die alleen maar in z’n mails of hoor je ’m in z’n stem.

😠 Wij hebben een reseller pakket afgenomen om websites te hosten. Dit was niet de meest voordelige optie, maar omdat shockmedia in de buurt gevestigd is en gemakkelijk telefonisch bereikbaar zou zijn leek het ons een goede optie. Op zich werkte de server prima. Het was niet bijzonder snel, maar de uptime was wel erg goed en de directadmin omgeving bekend voor ons.
Toen ik tegen een technisch probleem aan liep kwam ik er achter dat het helemaal niet mogelijk was om een technisch persoon aan de lijn te krijgen. Hiervoor dient men een ticket in sturen. Balen.
Nadat in in januari 2024 de pakketprijzen werden verdubbeld als gevolgen van onder andere hogere energiekosten hebben wij een plan gemaakt om alle websites weg te verhuizen. Na deze verhuizing hebben we opgezegd en kwamen we erachter dat we toch nog moeten betalen tot april 2025. Ondanks dat we achteraf maandelijks betaalde hadden we blijkbaar een jaarcontract. Coulance of een tegemoetkoming was niet mogelijk, ik had immers het [read more...]
