A lot of the those who were once good now have pathetic support
These guys are really good and go out of the way to assist you
Not sure how long they will be able to maintain it but have been satisfied with the support levels since Day 1.

Ive been hosting with them since last year
They're pricey but their support is fab. They've helped me migrate from my last hosting to their hosting and I've never looked back
They're a bit expensive as compared to some cheaper players like godaddy, bluehost etc but their support is fabulous
