Competent hoster that actually knows what he's doing, answers tickets fast and has no problem with uncommon requests. I feel valued as a single customer, no going through 5 support levels and standardized answers like with other hosters. Never had issues or relevant downtime in 4 years now. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.
