😞 Troppo cari e troppi vincoli, forme di registrazione obsolete, eccessivo formalismo, per ogni richiesta occorre aprire un ticket ripassato da un reparto all'altro anche quando per la medesima cosa la richiesta può essere inviata attraverso altre procedure più snelle a cui non viene dato seguito. Apra un ticket..è la risposta.

😠 Honestly don't use them, as another user said they are useless took over 7host whom I was roughly OK with, but since Seeweb has taken over 7host, I have chased them for varies of things and they are not bothering to respond.

😠 Very bad support. I had problem with the support and with the administrative staff. Three weeks to make an email account working again. Is this a good support?

😠 I mailed these people a lot asking them to improve their services.
They didn't.
I spoke over the phone about a year ago and told them I was going to host with someone else.
Now, they have sent me a letter from a lawyer and want me to pay them 700 euro in hosting fees because i didn't give them adequate notice that I was going to move my website ( by a few days).
So, these people have a typically italian business model - try to get as much money out of you as possible without doing anything !
Recommendation - DON'T HOST WITH THESE IDIOTS
