😠 The exact same thing happened to me just last week by this company. It was a slightly different wording on their scam. But they did the same thing. I am fighting them on it but their support is terrible. I wish i had see that review below before signing up with them!

😠 Illegal account closure and domain theft
I created an account with this company and bought a dozen domains. One day I received this letter:
Dear Client,
It has come to our attention that the domain names on your account are violating our Registrars' AUP.
Due to that, we're forced to suspend all your domains and customer account.

Pananames Abuse
After which my account was closed and the domains were stolen. The money was also not returned. All attempts to find out why my account was closed were unsuccessful. Support did not respond at all. On my account I had a couple of catalog sites, a medical site and a directory. This company steals domains and apparently takes money to close domains. My advice: this is a crime recorder. We will think about how to initiate a criminal case against them for domain theft.
