Our team is with Orange since 2019. During all these years we opened dozens of tickets to get support. In all the cases they were extremely quick, helpful and polite. Especially the head of the company Mr.Karason. Also, the method by which one can pay - they are the only service that allows paying via cash. You can literally send the money in an envelope. Truly respect one's privacy. Highly recommended specially for people that need free speech for investigative journalism or controversary topics!!

I wanted to do a website involving the controversial scandal of Bank of America defrauding millions and millions of Americans by opening up fraudulent accounts that also lead to a journalist being killed and orange website accused me of a
Phishing scam !!!!

When I tried to explain to them that this was just a website for Bank of America committing fraud they were too stupid to understand that I myself was not committing the fraud and the website was about Bank of America committing fraudAnd being violent towards the media
they did not believe me and took my money and never gave me a refund
Took $150.00 from me

This is A scam and they don’t even comply with they’re terms of service

😠 Unfassbar! Am 16.06. gekauft und bezahlt. Einmal im System gewesen, komme ich nicht mehr rein. Alles mögliche probiert. Viele Male neues Passwort angefordert - ging trotzdem nicht. Ich sitze jetzt 2 Monate im Trockenen und die Hilfe beträgt gleich Null! Firewalls ausgestellt, anderen Browser - es geht nicht. Die Reaktion des Betreibers? Richtig.

😃 Bad for shared hosting because no Let's Encrypt and a ridiculous FUD campaign: https://www.orangewebsite.com/articles/lets-encrypt-free-ssl/ Instead, they sell certificates at 30 EUR per year. They also refused SNI and mandated dedicated IP for SSL, another 60 EUR. This was such a bad business decision that they aren't competetive among Icelandic Hosters with regard to shared hosting.
Otherwise, reliable operation, great customer service, fast reaction times. I would have stayed with them had they had more common sense with LE.

I have been satisfied with OrangeWebsite hosting. The support knows what they are doing and they are very friendly. Pricing is not the cheapest but I don't mind paying for quality! They seem to be also improving their services all the time. That is a good thing! Thumbs up!!
