😞 Poor customer service. They inevitably fail to provide the quality of service they have promised to offer. There are many alternatives available like A2 hosting, Blue Host, Domain Racer, which provide the best level service to customers.

😠 The website is badly designed. Same design for 10 years plus. Takes ages to get to customer support and when one does get through, the support person is rude and unhelpful. Essentially, a scam website. Takes money away for every paypal transaction and the prices of domains is creeping upwards, often done without informing its customers. Stay away, there are better alternatives definitely.

😉 That is what you get when dealing business with third world people, they are afraid to admit wrong doing, it's cultural. they used to be chopped off in the past for doing something wrong. I once called Dell support and was re-directed to India, I told the guy that the CD is not spinning and I was still under warranty. He turned and said that because I dropped my computer and just accused me like that and not to replace my PC CD player.

😠 Onlinenic had terrible support, the one thing that was consistent with them, is the fact that they were inconsistent. They never allowed me to renew any more than 2 domains, and once I told them I was upset with that, and I was moving to ENOM, they deleted the ticket, and banned my email from creating new support tickets.
