😠 Avoid working with this provider--we have alot of experience dealing with VPS providers--and know what to ask upfront--some are truthfull which save us time to dedicate to finding a provider that can provide us with what we need---OTHER LIE and this leaves the consumer writing reviews like this and filing complaints with Banks, Paypal etc

😠 This guy gave up. I think he got a "real job" and just leaves his servers up to collect residual income. Problems occur often (site outages) and he (Fran or Francisco) can't be contacted. Support tickets go unanswered. He uses 1 cpanel license and spreads it around to whoever complains next. I have most of my sites moved now.

😠 I have multiple domains and webhosting contracts with this company. I'm trying to reach the support for months since they've failed to connect my domain. I have received no answer to my tickets in months!!! I'm trying and trying but nobody will reply and the support chat is always offline.

They advertise 24/7 support, when in all reality it took them over 10 hours to reply to a ticket a time... So after about a week of back and forth I decided to switch offshore hosts

😠 Very bad... Upload time is almost non existence. Most of the time you wont be able to access your website at all. Within 24 hours, it's only accessible about 3-4 times per day only, the rest is request time out. Avoid.

😠 This is the most irresponsible hosting service I have had. Poor service and poor attitude. Terminated service mid way with no refund which was promised.
During annual renewal, the company charged me auto renewal (my account was terminated) and promised refund. However, refund has yet to be returned. Have contacted them 3 times and 3rd time no reply at all.
