😠 So I purchased domain. Crypto transaction passed successfully which you can see on screenshot I will send. But status of domain was on PENDING whatever that means. I opened ticket 3hrs after that since status was same. 24hrs since I opened ticket has passed but no response. After 24hrs I sent 2nd message in same opened ticket to ask them how we can sort this up, and instead SCUMS LITERALLY BANNED ME.

😠 SCAMMMM !!!
PAID 250 EUROS and got my 6 servers with them suspended within the first day of use because of 2 abuse cases. no ticket response. Fuck their bulletproof policy they are breakable with a spit not a bullet lol.
requiring me to pay 600 Euros to get my servers activated back. lol. 250 euros is not a cheap bucks. Didn't expect that really.

Scammers.
I purchased a VPS from them hoping to host a Tor exit node for participating to the Tor network. 2 weeks later I eventually logged into the platform to configure the IPv6 allocated to the box and found out that I had nearly 100% of the VPS price in minus in my account balance.
When I respectfully inquired them to give me an explanation for the amount that they claimed, a support told me they received abuse reports from my exit node and that I should pay as soon as possible to continue using the VPS.
In the message they refered to their ToS even though there's nothing about paying for abuse reports they receive. The idea itself is ludicrous and.. surprise! there's nothing in their ToS talking about any of this.
I then asked them why nobody ever forwarded me these reports to me or notify me of the situation and guess what... The admin said that their system failed to notify me.
How does this unique pay-per-abuse-we-receive feature works? We'll never know [read more...]

I got a VPS. I decided to test it, Windows was not installed right away, although it was turned on, they demanded an additional 20 euros, if I want to set it up, I paid immediately. Further, the VPS did not load at all, for a day support tried to help me by changing the password and said that everything was fine, but the password did not fit. Then the support put me on the black list so that I could not write and closed the server, I wrote to finance, he apologized for the employees, turned on the server, but the bullying continued with a password. There is only one conclusion: bypass this site, there are scammers, they do not provide services that you pay for. Collecting money and bullying. 😞 I use the their VPS "4 x vCore @ 2.20-3.50 Ghz" with 1 GBIT and Unlimited Traffic. After 250 GB Traffic they write me "Your traffic usage is too high. We will refund you half of the money from what you have paid."
Conclusion: VPS fast and good but the information "Unlimited Traffic" is not true.

😞 I made an order. This was processed quickly. Everything alright so far. But then there were connection problems and I ask many questions about the support function. One day later my account was deleted with the remark "You are wasting our time" so not very trustworthy ...i think you find here a better Hoster.
