i have a hosting for at least 2 years with them, and the customer support has improved so much, I´ll renovate with neubox for a long time.
I just saw they use ssd in shares hosing servers, thats a huge step to become the most reliable web hosting provider in Mexico.

Founded in 2004 by José Luis, Neubox is a web provider of hosting solutions. They promise "all inclusive" web services and fairly calculated pricing rates.
Since 2007, they have been among the top hosting companies in Mexico. According to them, they have registered over 100,000 domains and they are an accredited domain registrar by ICANN and Registry MX.
In 2020, Neubox launched their branch of Neubox.org that supports Gender Equity, Education and Environment.
The company specializes in the following selection of web products:
- Shared Hosting;
- Reseller Hosting;
- VPS Hosting;
- Domain Registration;
- SSL Certificates;
Based on SSD drives, all shared hosting packages include the following industry-standard features: unlimited data traffic, free domain, unlimited subdomains, unlimited email accounts (with the exception of the entry-level plan), parked domains or SSL certificates. You can install over 100 apps and benefit from website builder services integrated in the plan.
Reseller packages include one free domain available for 1 year, support for PHP (versions: 7.3 and 8.0), DNS management, protection against DDoS attacks, free SSL, as well as over 100 apps to be installed.
With VPS servers, you get remote SSH access, dedicated IP address, unlimited domains and subdomains. Your server can operate on CentOS, Debian or Ubuntu OS. However, one inconvenience that might appear when we compare services between them is that VPS servers at Neubox do not include automatic backups and customers have to schedule them.
💰 Price & Cost
Their prices are affordable and fairly calculated, although some customers might miss the fact that the displayed values do not include VAT. Billing is made monthly, semi-annually or annually.
They accept multiple forms of payment including popular credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, wire transfer, Oxxo Pay and others.
They are a risk-free company as they provide a 30-day refund policy when you can ask for your money back.

I been working with then on a reseller plan for more than 3 years, and now that I'm using the reseller more than 2 years ago I'm receiving errors and the website won't open, contacted them and they don't fix anything, they still saying that I'm using too many resources and that is imposible I'm only using joomla for the website without databases, Neubox is the worst
