😠 Amateurs. They are a backwater hosting provider who thinks being Canadian is a competitive advantage. Founded in 2003 and haven't evolved their thinking or their service approach. Here is how they handle the holiday period, right from their customer service portal. Better not have a problem over the holidays:
"It is our strong suggestion that all requests should be made before Dec 16th or after Jan 3rd. Your understanding is much appreciated."

😠 Not great hosting
For hosting, they are just resellers and servers are in the US. Their website has looked the same for many years (not even mobile-friendly). How they survive on domain registration is a mystery, but for hosting, there are many other options with much better prices and support.
I had requested support for a very specific technical hosting issue. The last I heard was that they couldn't accommodate the request (in itself strange since it was a cPanel issue the previous web hosting company didn't have).
After supplying specific details about my request to aid the troubleshooting and giving amble time to reply, I heard nothing back. As I needed the full functionality of the hosting restored immediately, I had to move the hosting. After moving the hosting, I informed NamesPro. They claimed they had replied to my support request, although that reply was never posted on the support ticket. 😃 As a beginner I was unaware about many things. But It is a relief that they have assisted me from start I am so thankful to them for the kind of guidance and solutions they provided to me. They are really good in customer service. I also received other good recommendations like In Motion and Domain racer for great support web hosting providers.

😞 After a decade of great service, quality has gone down the drain. New management? Months of regularly having e-mails hosted via namespro servers being getting blacklisted and having to chase them to keep communication open with our clients. Then an unannounced server migration that led to our staff losing incoming as well as previously sent messages with little response but " we can't find them". Support has gone from responsive to slow and incomplete. These guys are now past the costly downtime category for our organization and we are moving on.
