😠 I inadvertently chose the wrong product, but I abandoned my cart. I made another purchase for a client, which was correct, but I received an email with an attached invoice and saw that they had debited my bank account for $500.10, which doesn't even match the invoice. I immediately opened a ticket, and after going back and forth via chat and email, they refused to refund my money and now my business account is overdrawn, so I can't even operate my small business.

😠 How can I qualify Namehero LLC, of so let me tell you about my experience, I had Webhosting, domains, and email's with them. The Webhosting is one of the slowest I ever had, no SSL, very expensive if you want to buy it, it is impossible to use WordPress because they have incompatibilities with MYSQL and you have to use PHP 7.0 to make it work, many themes and plugins work only with PHP 8.0. Domain, they use a company called Internet.bs (BS is exactly the kind of service they give) they normally "FAKE" emails as if they are coming from ICANN simulating delays. For a regular transfer of a domain, go to the previous register (PR) and remove the lock and get the authorization code, go to the new register (NR) and start the transfer with the authorization code, then go back to the PR and agree with the transfer and DONE. 😠 Buyer Beware
Beware / Achtung / Caution: Of their Acceptable Use Policy. If you violate this policy however innocently, their Terms of Use / TOU state that no refunds are payable to accounts that violate their A U Policy. Bet you had to look up again to see what that is. I lost close to ZAR2000, only $120 but in my country it's a significant amount of money. I signed up for cloud hosting by registering the domain buy wholesale cannabis seeds.**.**, all good. I started communicating with them about B W C S.**.** in order to set-up litespeed and quic.cloud, all good. Then I wanted to move my main income producing site feed a seed.**.** to them, after days of disingenuous service and dragging me along and helping me "set it up", I was told that my account was in contravention of their Acceptable Use Policy which prohibits amongst many other things cannabis products including CBD. 😁 Yeah,
As we are new to start selling hosting services in our market but we enjoyed and absolutely satisfied upon the performance and support services. However, pricing could be a conerns as it is little bit higher than the competitors. Otherwise & overall its highly recommended to be affiliated with as reseller partner.

😠 NameHero Will Steal Your Money, Buyer Beware
I had been a client of NameHero's already for a year. Up until then I had little complaint, other than their customer service needed a little work - that is, until my renewal date.

First of all, your second year you pay twice what you did the first year which I find to be a bad way to do business to begin with, but I was fine with it because I didn't want to mess with moving my websites to another service. So, when I got an invoice that requested payment from NameHero, I paid it on 8/16.

On 8/19, NameHero charged the annual fee again through automatic payment. I contacted them immediately. The man on the phone opened a ticket and said someone would call within 30 minutes. After waiting for 4 hours, I reached out. At this point I was met with no response but a notation of a "credit" to my account that I could use for other NameHero services in the future. A $145 credit when they stole my money! No. So, I contacted PayPal because the payment had gone through them.

😠 I have been battling for 5-10 days now with them to sort this our their billing system declines my cards one after another service is suspended and no support has been received from their side no investigation whatsoever they have promised to make a PayPal invoice for me to pay through PayPal however that has not been done and they wont unsuspend the service until I can get it paid makes no sense I have sent screen shots of the error and my tickets just get deleted I dont get any support or feedback from NameHero further then this I have logged over 5 tickets regarding the server giving multiple errors from some email accounts not connecting to slow server speeds slow websites but nothing has been resolved from their side I highly reccommend using a professional host instead of Namehero!!!
