I'm here to submit a review of MyResellerHome.com. I bought a reseller package from them that cost me $34.95 a month ($25.51 after discount). I loved it at first then everything started grinding to a halt, I had a free SSL, free WHMCS license, and a free dedicated ip. It took them over 2 days to issue the SSL, over 3 to issue the WHMCS license and i've yet to get the dedicated ip (because they have none). I got suspicious and did some research and looked at some reviews, apparently they host all of their clients on a single dedicated server, this company is a decent size so that's why everything is so slow. They claim to be out of Florida but that's also untrue. The phone number on their website is fake also. I do admin, their live support is decently fast at replying but can hardly speak english. I was fed up, I wanted a refund, which they are supposed to give if the client is not satisfied under 30 days. I have been with them for a few years and for the price and easy of use they are fine and have put up with alot of small problems with billing issues and ip mix ups etc etc.
But my websites get wiped out on many occassions.
A couple times they restored them with no reason why this happens.

Now all 5 websites on reseller account are gone.
It has been 2 days.
First day it was server down.
Next day sites display default index page.

If you dont check all sites everyday you wont know when they go down.

If a server problem they should notify clients. They dont.

I will be getting out of myresellerhome with all sites.
I have found a much better host.
For 1.00 more and no problems at all.

I sent in an email and in less than 1 hours they had made the switch to my new site. Then, I wanted to install WordPress on the new site and the system was not allowing it. I wrote another email explaining the problem and again in less than 1 hours they had addressed the problem. My third email was answered just as quickly regarding pointing servers to their service. And without any action on my side, they sent me a 4th email letting me know how much time this would take. I have never received such great service from a hosting company. We switched to Myresellerhome because our last host was getting worse and worse. Our site was frequently down and the old host techs kept telling me there was no problem. We have a business and can't afford for our site to be down. Night and day difference between what I had and Myresellerhome. To my knowledge the site has never been down since we switched to Myresellerhome and it's a faster connection.

Myresellerhome's cpanel is light years ahead of my last host. It is a hugely useful cpanel. I especially like the Awstats. It not only gives you all sorts of traffic statistics for your site, but it also shows 404 link errors and other such errors. Adding subdomains and other such stuff is a breeze.

I've only called support once. They answered right away and fixed the problem right away.

Myresellerhome really rocks!

Hi all the members here,
I am one of the clients of this hosting providers here is my site link xpert-sol.com
I regret the time I got my hosting from these providers they are completely useless My site is 70% down. I am web designing and development company and I have my links on site to show demos to my clients but the site is always in trouble and I had lost a lot of my clients. Right now as I am writing the review my site is down from the last 29 hours and whenever I try to contact them they have the same tale that it will be ok in few hours. I cannot check my emails cannot show progress to my clients that are waiting for more than a day. This had cost me more than $2500 loss till now.

This thing is not for a day this has been going since the day I got there hosting. The cpanel is like a snail taking long times to get opened and connected. This is mess I am so disappointed.

The moment i registered with the company, their server was down due to upload stream issues. Well it hasn't been a problem since then. The server speeds are average. Their 'Unlimited' seems to really be not a small limit at all. I have been with them for 6 months and there is no problem that has come to me. The customer support is not that supportive at times, though they solve the issue at last. Overall, I have a positive attitude towards this company.

😠 I was trying out myresellerhome to start a webhost reseller business (linux starter). it was over all a bad choice. i took me one month to get the server working (bad performance) by almost addressing their service daily. mailservers stayed unstable, i never got an answer why things are not working. they always replied things have been fixed at their end ... sometimes it worked sometimes not .... fantasico software did not workfor all the softwares listed...its not a service you can offer to any client. leave your hands off! i have my boubt that any of those positive reviews are for real ... and if they are, it seems to be a random game if myrellerhome works for you or not. ...

😞 The service is OK, with the folks there usually fixing the issue within a reasonable amount of time. The things of it is, I would see the stuff happen while I was on the site, it happened so often. From pages not loading for over a minute (and these were not intensive pages, just simple text with very few graphics), to the entire site being down. But to their credit, when I would get on the live chant and within a few the problem would be fixed...it's just that I got to know these people on the other end of the chat window BY NAME!!! :)
