😠 De lastima, de pena, bochornoso, arriesgado y tristemente frustrante. No se puede hacer peor. He contratado el dominio, han tardado 24horas en adquirirlo ellos y a las 48 horas me dicen que lo meta en mi hosting ( en el que tengo tambien con ellos por ahora...) y despues de todo eso, al ver que no podia, me pongo en contacto y verifico que me han cambiado el producto contratado y que ya solo me permiten un dominio por hosting si no es previo pago. NO ATIENDEN EL TELEFONO,NO ATIENDEN LOS CORREOS Y SOLO FUNCIONA FACTURACION ( DE FORMA AUTOMATICA QUE TE COBRA INMEDIATAMENTE Y CUANDO PONES UN TIQUET O RECLAMACION EN SU WEB...QUE AL DIA SIGUIENTE CONTESTAN. NO CONTRATEN AHI.....ES EL TIMO DE LA ESTAMPITA.

😠 Es una empresa muy poco seria. como necesites soporte puedes esperar tranquilo. Cambian los datos de contacto por que si, sin autorización y después de dicen que no eres el mail registrado.
Luego te contestan cada 1 semana, con un dominio vencido y pidiendo por favor que manden la factura solo da para pensar que quieren que pase el tiempo para cobrar más pasta.
Si eres profesional, no puedes confiar en esta empresa que no da soporte, te dejará mal con los clientes. Si eres particular y no sabes mucho, olvídate que te ayuden ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOSTING!
