😞 They really have no clue what they are doing. The website is horrible and costumer support has no clue on simple technical questions. Askes for money back after two months of paying without being able to use the service. No response. Went to 1and1 which is not great either but at least they understand simple questions and respond,

😠 We bought a (.SA) domain which took us more than a week to verify. They said there is a lawyer in the background who's working with the stuff. And to find out, I just need to follow up the domain requirements directly myself to the SAUDI NIC to update the new domain with Saudi Domain Registry.
After domain approval, there's is a very bad after-sales service. They have chat support who has no knowledge about their services at all, and which I can't trust, and a ticket support system with employees that have no definite time when to online and give answers that rely on their lawyers.
If I didn't try to reach their social media accounts. I wouldn't get any answer at all. Now my career is in a bad position because of relying on their worst support system I ever experienced.

Cobran 20 dolares por reconfigurarte el certificado. Buenos precios gancho pero como tengas que hacer algo fuera de lo común te clavan por mover el ratón.
