😠 its the worst
M2Host suspended my account on the 13th, the very same day my payment was due. The last date was the 13th, and instead of giving me the full day, they shut it down immediately.
This is unprofessional, unfair, and a scam-like practice. If the due date is the 13th, customers deserve the full day, not punishment on the same date.
Think twice before trusting such a hosting provider.
The issue is not about paying — I always pay my invoices. The problem is that you suspended my account on the due date itself (13th), without giving me the full day. If the last date is the 13th, then suspension should only happen after the due date has passed, not during it.
This practice is unfair and unprofessional.

A month before my account was due for renewal m2host took double my renewal fee. I sent them a message asking for half the payment back. No response. I contacted paypal (I paid via paypal) and the stated m2host had claimed money for 2 accounts. I had only ever had one account.
I then tried to get one payment refunded M2host immediately suspended my account. Note this was still with 1 months paid balance left. The refused to answer support tickets banned me from live chat, do not answer emails. All this about money not due for a month. I have asked them to close my account and refund my money. They just completely ignore any communication. Do yourself a favor do not sign up with this company. There are lots af other hosting companies with similar charges that treat their customers better

😠 Don't purchase from M2host.com because they don't care about their clients' data and they suddenly started server migration without any previous notice and all my site are down still now and now I'm fighting to get files restore.But they restored the one-month-old backup and plenty of the records in the database were missing and I asked regarding about of one-month data missing and they simply replied we have restored the data which we have, If you have any backup in your side provide me i'll restore it. As I'm a reseller I lost my client and also money due to their irresponsible service of m2host.com so beware of it.

I have been a customer with M2Host for several months now. Although there has been some downtime, they have always responded as to why that downtime occurred and worked quickly to resolve their issue.

Today, i'm UNABLE to work with my customers, because my domain is in renewal process. Your helpdesk is UNABLE to ask me when it will be available.

Since my website is hosted on your servers, I have a LOT of problems. 99.9% uptime is false.

You can check all my ticket, it's always the same problems...Server need to be rebooted, IIS down, etc.

I need my website up as soon as possible, and nobody could have an answer.

I recently moved from another service provider after experiencing poor disinterested customer service in resolving problems. After reading reviews I opted to move across to m2host I am no expert and needed support during the move to get a couple of things right (even though the process is made reasonably easy). The instant online availability of customer service, which actually helps through the problem rather than giving a series of standard answers, has been refreshing! To single out the last assistant that helped me Catherine. She stayed with me and worked line by line until we resolved my issue. Great service and it has made me glad that I decided to move.

I just moved my site to M2host and I have to say that so far I am really impressed by not only the speedy service, but also by everyone who help me get everything in place for my site's move. They even helped me move over my site data and databases and mails to the new server, when I had some problems doing so myself.

Never go with this hopeless hosting company, After switching my site to there, site found down for 3 days without any reason. When I tried to contact customer support I didn't get single reply. When I tried to call them that time found wrong phone numbers mentioned in website. They didn't reply me single tickets. It is most horrible hosting company. I recently signed up with m2host for web hosting. I opened up a website but then changed my mind about the name and wanted another website to be hosted. I sent in an email and in less than 30min they had made the switch to my new site. Then, I wanted to install WordPress on the new site and the system was not allowing it. I wrote another email explaining the problem and again in less than 30min they had addressed the problem. My third email was answered just as quickly regarding pointing servers to their service. And without any action on my side, they sent me a 4th email letting me know how much time this would take. I have never received such great service from a hosting company. Besides being extremely competent they are incredibly nice. I am so impressed. Although I'm sure all their CS representatives are great.

Keep up the good work and I will never go anywhere.
