😞 Support is not so good. Luxsci provides some custom services and website configurations but support is variable. Trying to set up an email contact page and after a week of back and forth with tech support they appear clueless as to what the command is to send out an email.
They told me that I had to clear my server logs. Then after I found I didn't have permission, they then told me that I couldn't clear them: I had to submit a request to support to have them cleared. They kept me running in circles for a week with incorrect responses.
Some of my requests for necessary features have been pending for 2 years. I harass them monthly and still no answer.
Very fustrating to deal with. Their support people seem not to read the SR's and they just have old FAQ's with broken links.

😠 We use their secure forms service. Support and communication is terrible. They just try to hustle you to another tier service for more money. Stay away!!!

😁 Great for HIPAA compliance - powerful features. Does take time to learn all that it can do. Highly configurable. Their help techs are very knowledgeable. Their security is rock solid and for me they have delivered more than expected. If you want something with fewer features and easier to use, this is not it. If you want something powerful and you are an experienced software engineer, this is more for you.

😠 Very bad, has three years use their email service, suddenly got disabled. Sent i tons of email never reply. Call them just waste your time....havent met the bad service like them.

I have two domains registered with Luxsci, as well as, web hosting and email. I have never had an issue with anything. The Sales Department was always helpful when I wanted to add or remove services it was done immediately. Tech Support is always very prompt in handling my tickets. I've checked out several companies before and LuxSci so far gets an A rating!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Lack lust features - impossible to run Joomla as they can not alter file permissions. Proprietary control panel is the worst. Support and sales policy are nuts - despite certified letters telling them to close accounts - they refuse and charge your account forcing you to pay. The worst company ever. Poor features, overpriced and total disregard for the customer.
