They offers cheaper rdp but after a couple of months they will forced you to upgrade your plan, they will said that it your fault that cause their RDP to run slower, then force you to upgrade your RDP plans that can cost you a lot and waste your money

😁 earlier i was using a shared hosting for my ecommerce website but as soon as my traffic started increasing i opted to go for a vps or dedicated server I was confused so i was looking for some ideas to choose a vps or a dedicated server. most of the provider recommended for a dedicated server but the need for dedicated server was not necessary.

😁 Writing the review after using their service from 6 months. i used 1 shared server for 2 months and then shifted to a VPS. The uptime is good also they helped to recover my website 3 times which was hacked because of nulled plugin i used in my wordpress theme. they backup my website every week. Prompt response for my solution even at 2:30 in night. Overall Happy with their service.

When selling the plan their sales person promise lot of support and user friendly service but after signup their attitude changes

Worst Server I have ever Seen in my life.

1) They keep changing Server & never migrate your data, only you have to download your all website data & database, the whenever they give you new server detail, you have to upload it & tell your all Reseller to change your IP or your sites will be remain Down.

2) You will not able to take Backup whenever you want. you have to wait for Server Load go Down.

3) Server keep goes Down & you have to wait anyhow. if you try to complain. then they will tell you to buy other Indian Master Reseller which cost is 7500/-.

I am going to sue them now via Consumer forum India.. Since 6 Sep 2013 to 28 April 2013, they changed their linux server thrice without migrating the accounts or backup.. and Nizar replied data center deleted the files. I would like to remind them that any datacenter can't delete the files without prior intimation. Now it's time that Ideastack have to pay for their poor services & unprofessional responses.

Worst Server i have ever Seen in my life.

😠 Ideastack is the poorest hosting company I have ever seen in my career of 6 years.. I have reseller hosting from them and within 3 months they changed their server thrice which resulted in down time for 3-4 days and while migrating data to new server they don't care about the data.. They simply provide you fresh reseller hosting account and all your websites data is lost and we raise finger on that. .They simply says you don't have backup plan with us so we can't provide you data.. They charge very cheap and provide more cheaper level of service and support.. Their customer care support Nizar & Shazim often reply very rude against support ticket.. They don't deserve to be in industry.. very unprofessional and unethical company.. Never go with them..

I bought the window space with them, initially i was facing problem in understanding the control panel, how to use it. So i asked them there help, they provide me the link and from the link also i have one question they just told me after that we can't teach each of our customer how to use it, we don't have that much time.
Now i am facing the problems with my email and they are not able to solve that, they told me to do it yourself and we don't have any problem on our side. And now whenever i ask them any question regarding email service they either just close my ticket or just delete it without answering them.
They also told that they have 24 X 7 support but there is nothing like that they are providing the support only according to indian timing only. And if you are submitting a ticket at night than you have to wait till morning in India to get any help

😠 Here is my problem with ideastack
I have registered the small plan for 10$ i was happy for low price and unlimited domain allowed. i added about 5 websites but there where no big loads on my account. Recently I started to drive traffic to one of the websites useing 247autohits its a very known way. I drived about 3500 hits in 3 days. my bandwidth usage reached only 250mb from 10000 mb. the forth day i came to check my website. i was surprised that my account was suspended without any notification or any details about the issue. i created a ticked and they answered after 2 hours and said" your account was overloading the CPU of the server" thats all of it no details and nothing more. I resubmitted another ticket asked for more details and told them that I didnt use too much bandwidth. he replied again . " you need to move for a VPS account. I think this was the worst service Ive ever got from any server al over the web.
