😠 Hostpinnacle is the most of it's kind. Buy at your own risk
A quick one so you have it right on point. Don't ever go to Host Pinnacle unless you are outright not serious with your business. They have the worst services you can imagine and while I'm new on this review platform, I had to try as much as possible to submit this review so you don't throw your money into the dustbin. Here's a breakdown.
1. Poor response to customer querries
2. Lack of competent technical personnel to support customers. You face them with a question and they literary disappear or go silent.
3. Downtime -This is where they're winning. Expect your site to face consistent downtimes even in offpeak hours when you obviously expect service to not be too busy to handle requests. I wish I could submit jetpack reports so you could see it yourself. And even worse, their downtime can go for as long as an hour or two. Trust me, they have no idea of how to solve it. 😠 Buy their so called 'budget reseller' at your own risk. It is the worst server I have ever encountered. 2 weeks down and no one is there to offer any support. Just giving false promises. Server went down on 27th September today is on 4th October ( 9 days). I have been requesting them to share my client data so that I can buy VPS server elsewhere but upto now no reply.

The server was restored Wednesday July 12. The 6 domains are back as well as the data. The downtime lasted from July 4th-July 12th (1 week). All the systems are working okay, the data was restored successfully. Hosting features(9/10), Price(8/10),Customercare(5/10),ServerUptime(3/10).Hostpinnacle is okay with hosting websites and non-critical systems. Its risky to host critical systems that need 100% uptime with them. That's my honest opinion.

😉 Today is sunday 9th july 2023, one of the servers went down 4 days ago. That server has 5 of my domains (2 domains contain my client's sites, 3 contain systems (hotel system, pos system, erp system) Those 3 clients with systems have not been able to make any sale for 4 days now and are extremely mad with me. Once they get the server up, i will let you know if the sites and systems were restored successfully or if the data got lost. Everything i write here is an honest review.

😉 1)Domain propagation is very fast 2) cpanel features are excellent and straight forward. 3) Their servers fail frequently, it takes 1-3 weeks to get them back up. if you have a system(pos, erp) hosted, you may loose 3 weeks of sales after restoration 4) The systems/sites hosted take long to load (read/write request take long to execute) 5) The chat support guy called vincent can't solve even the most basic problems, so don't even try chatting; just call matthew who atleast does his best to sort you out.

😠 Honestly I don't know where all these nice comments are coming from, I stopped using US-based hosting like hostinger and the like to support the local kenyan market, lo and behold, I'm not even sure why I'm surprised.
1. Poor and the worst customer service, you could be a reseller with them and they literally don't care, but when it comes to asking for payment they are very good at that, I would give them 100% for pressure on this
2. They have no skilled technical experts, so when you pose them with difficult challenges, they'd rather ignore you than reply to you. I had to google and experiment my way around problems that they couldn't solve, thank God I studied IT
3. Their server speeds are not stable, they go on and off and keep fluctuating from time to time. I agree with my friend Karis in the comments sections,

1. Poor and the worst customer service, you could be a reseller with them and they literally don't care, but when it comes to asking for payment they are very good at that, I would give them 100% for pressure on this
2. They have no skilled technical experts, so when you pose them with difficult challenges, they'd rather ignore you than reply to you. I had to google and experiment my way around problems that they couldn't solve, thank God I studied IT

😁 It has been a good experience. The user interface for the site is better than the rest. The pricing in comparison with disk space is better than safaricom cos i am getting 100gb with standard package @ 4k. They have picked 5 calls and resolved my issue promptly. The domain propagation time is 15minutes which is quite good, access to cpanel is straightforward as i had struggled to get it with another top local provider. Satisfied so far

🗨 The client(Ibrahim of host.co.ke) was treated with utmost respect by all our staff members for the less than one month that he was with us as we strongly believe that customer is the king. However, from the word go he was unexplainably abrasive in nature and he kept on making demands that were against our terms of service and some that would violate our security policy. For instance, he had a request that we disable a security feature that would put hundreds of clients in acertain platform at a risk of data compromise just to support one of his account. When we failed to enable this and politely made him aware of the consequences and gave an alternative, he became extremely hostile and continued to use demeaning language.
