A great hoster for a developing project. As for me, I was looking for a normal data center with a stable ping for Belarus with priority, in my case, the majority of data centers in Moscow went through retn.net Ukraine, which is constantly overloaded. 😁 Основное у Хосткей - это их нормальное отношение к клиенту, даже к мелкому. У меня один из самых дешевых VPS, что они предлагают, но если что-то нужно, поддержка отвечает практически моментально. 😠 Got a server with this company. Crazy as it is I began being spammed by another client on the same Hostkey network. Hostkey REFUSES to do anything about a rampant 50+ email a day spammer running a massive phising operation across three of their servers. I cannot send mail anywhere because most of their subnets have clearly been blocked for this rampant abuse. Their support and abuse departments are non existent.

They moment you encounter one, the only way to contact them is via their dead ticket system. It takes at least 1 week before you get a reply from them.

1 week of downtime is not acceptable for an online business.

😠 Takes a few days to solve problems. They seem to email "Your server is ready" while in reality, server is inaccessible. The lowest quality of service I've ever encountered on the net.

😠 HostKey turned on to scamming
We bought a dedicated server with /25 ip blocks.

But when we tested the ips its already blocked with yahoo networ.

So after 3 days, on my continuous request, they give some ip blocks. But this time they were already blacklisted on all RBL and aol has very bad reputation on those ip blocks.

So i mentioned them to give the good IP block. But till now , no reposnes . They acting like Deaf and dumb now.

Really frustrating. I lost € 266.5 for that server.

Too bad service. Take your own risk, if you like.
