😠 Scammers
Initially, I registered several domains and ordered shared hosting and VPS from the hosting provider in question. However, whenever I encountered any issues, their support team failed to assist me. In some instances, they did not even respond to my phone calls or support tickets. Despite having many domains and hosting with them, I was able to successfully transfer all of them to Fiveium, except for a few domains, including one of my company's domains.

The provider resisted the transfer of this domain, claiming it had a reputation worth millions. I attempted various means to transfer it, but they began to ignore my support tickets and hang up on me after I provided my name during phone calls. I became frustrated and threatened, then I thaught to take legal action, but they remained unresponsive. Eventually, I visited their office, which turned out to be a chaotic experience, leading us to call the police. They don't even have their board or any company existence. One of worst hosting provider company, unprofessional support .
Waste of time here. We are using their service from almost 5 years. But from last month they have worst Situation. They have separated our hosting with another company

This the worse website ever! Please do not ever buy anything from them! They are completely unprofessional and fraud. If you are someone capable of bringing them to court or have the ability to report crime department of Pakistan, than please take a action! I am badly broken by them. Absolutely pathetic hosting provider. Their customer support is totally unprofessional and they give an f*** about their customers. It used to be a great company but they ruined it. I am using it since 2012 and they transferred one of my domain to some other company without my consent. When asked, the customer support is asking me to contact the other company. However i bought the domain from hosterpk. They transferred domain without customer's consent and now they arent providing any support for those domains+hostings

my services are split bewteen two companies now. 2 services are with hostnext and 2 are with hosterpk...hosterpk has send me fake invoice for a service which is with hostnext and i paid for it. they are scammers and their service are terrible now after the seperation.. dont buy any service from hosterpk... 😠 Rubbish and unprofessional behavior
Rubbish behavior!! totally unprofessional... I preferred them over others to support a Pakistani service provider. I purchased a windows hosting and domain package that I required on asap basis as I had to deploy a project that is meeting its timeline. I paid them through bank transfer, and now they are saying that they have issue with registrar and they won't be able to serve in next couple of days. They aren't even paying me back. I even talked them 4 times before purchasing but they never informed me about the issue until I paid them. Not even did they mention this issue on their website anywhere.

I bought a domain one year before they didn't activate my domain I talked with them on daily basis and they just say we are facing registrar issues and etc so I asked for them refund after wasting 2 months on ticket chat. 😁 Hosterpk is an out class hosting prover because of the fact that they respond to you well on time if you follow the proper process. Looks to me that they believe in not only providing you awesome support from them and specially their tech team not only solve your problem but let you know the root cause as well.
I really apricate and I am confident that its just unbelievable to provide such services with respect to the prices they have.
I personally enjoyed working with them from past couple of years and have many clients on hosterpk who are happy.
2 Weeks back problem was a tech problem and I know as a software engineer my self that they were focusing on fixing that and the response was not good due to the fact they were busy to fix the issue of emails. But before and after that, They are back. :-)

we all stand together and launch an FIR against hosterpk, specially in the name of their CEO Israr ul haq and sohail.

😠 I have been using HosterPk since the last few years and hosted with them many of my sites including https://www.bloggingscout.com but I'm really very disappointed by their service & support.

The first thing is that their Support is a disaster!
The second thing is that they are not reliable.
The third thing is that HosterPK servers are quite slow which make blogs & sites load tooo Slow!

If you're right from Pakistan, I'd highly recommend you go for any other International company rather than HosterPK!

😠 Three years ago, I registered a domain from HosterPK Web Hosting, and we also purchased so many domains and their hosting plans but because of their negligence and their unprofessional attitude. We shifted our domains to other hosting providers. Unfortunately, only one domain was remain registered with them, and that domain expired on 31st January 2018. I paid the yearly subscription fee on 4th Feb 2018 and filled their form as well against my invoice, And also sent them an email reminder to update my domain status. After that, I got busy with my other routine tasks. 20 days later they deleted my domain from their server on 8 March 2018, and I received their last email on 9 march 2018 with the status that they have removed my 3-year-old domain from their server, now I cannot redeem or claim it.

😉 No Shell and git available for shared hosting packages.
Shared hosting is a good choice if small sites.
But if working as a developer and want to use shell access. they do not provide shell access. Yes they do claim but i have tried shell and it didnt worked, upon asking on phone they said it will only be provided to VPS users. :(

plus no git.

unlike this hostgator and a2hosting do provide shell access and git installed on server.

I am not advertising other companies here. but saying that if want cheap hosting then this is the best hosting if want cheap. if you have money and want full featured shared web hosting then they can not provide those features and they will simply say sorry as they did said to me on my phone call.
