😠 You have to beg for support. email/sms/phone calls for 3 weeks, but still they do not respond neither they solve problems mentioned in emails. You have to visit their office in new baneshwor for 3/4 days only then problem gets solved. in total - after 4 weeks. I made the mistake of choosing them. you please do not. To take payments, they come within 1hour to your place. but for support, they will shun you.
