Since being with them I have found Glowhost to be a host I can recommend without reservation. The servers are fast. I was put on a shared server with lots of load. I ask them if they would move my account to another server and they did it. You wan to see how fast their servers are? Just sign up and see how fast you get FTP and admin credentials sent to you. It's almost instantly.

I have compared over 10 web hosts and finally decided to give Glowhost a try. I was put in some verification jorney after the payment and only when I talked to manager on phone I was sent VPS details. A bit not comfortable it was. I've been in touch with support department constantly, because one day I needed full rebut, another day I need help with installation needed stuff etc. They have always been fast to respond. It's simple, inexpensive, and reliable. We have several domains hosted at Glowhost for over nine months, and have only had 1 outage that lasted over 30 minutes. I am not sure if they still do this, but when I started they only employed skillful support techs. After moving from another host, a web host that never wanted to respond to e-mails and tech calls after they signed us up, it was good to get a company that is always quick to respond and friendly. I have also noticed that as our sales go up, your service never goes down! Our website consists of many student resumes in pdf format, and so far we've received positive feedback from users of the website in terms of loading speeds.

I pay $5 per month, $4.95 per month (if to be more exact) for my hosting account with Glowhost. That includes unlimited space and bandwidth. I did heard a lot of stories regarding using unlimited services – I was told that one day you will be limited somewhere else. I have been using them for 7 months already and have never had any limits. I do not care of my uptime %%- my site just working fine anytime. But if I check I assume I would get really high % of uptime. So they do unlimited hosting and I have no problem with them and have never been limited for CPU usage or something like that.

Although this is a personal site and intended for family and friends, I do not have a lot of traffic. Kudos to the support team as they have always given me exactly what I need without delays. They were tops in my books when I asked them about help with migrating our site from our previous provider who didn’t use Cpanel. A couple hours later instead of getting a bunch of information, they just took care of the migration for me and told me it was done. I changed my DNS entry to point to your server and it was completed flawlessly. So far services have been up and running without any downtime. With my previous provider, their servers would be down every couple weeks for about an hour during the middle of the day. Or emails would be delayed for a few hours. That was very frustrating for our company that relies on emails constantly. Using email through your servers has been running smoothly and quickly.

Yes , this is truth that if one of your site (badly coded or very resource hungry) trying to consume 100% CPU resources on a shared server, its server resource pool should be refreshed. Infect this is good for other Shared hosting customers paying same amount for hosting , because if hosting company will not refresh your faulty/big site, same problem will come to their innocent sites also.

Since the year 2015 we have had an online presence. During this time we have tried four other hosting companies. Glowhost was the fifth one. We decided to give it a try in May 2018. Since then we can state that the service and value we have received is far above that of any of the previous hosting companies. A few examples of why we say this:
1. Ease of getting up and running: They made website up and running extremely easy.
2. Customer support: When a technical question is submitted you'll always receive prompt and informative response.
3. Value: We use one of their Cloud VPS packages. The package has been very easy to use and inexpensive.
4. Uptime: Each of our previous hosting companies have experienced various downtime. This resulted in lost sales. Not so with Glowhost. If there is any downtime its very rare, short lived and just for maintenance or server upgrade.

I must say the support at Glowhost.com is outstanding and the techs do know what they are doing. My biggest concern while hosting on a shared host is, if my sites will be safe from any security exploits or bugs in the applications which are used on the host. All these fears have disappeared with the servers being managed efficiently by the techs at Glowhost and added to the fact the hosting Servers being FreeBSD.

Took this cheap hosting recently and am very surprised with the results. It’s quite hilarious just how cheap it is but it’s also good! I mean…it just is. Been with GlowHost over 7 years. Nothing to complain about. The Support service is noticably fast (minutes) and accurate. They are quick with their responses and seem to be very reliable.
The uptime with them is great, I rarely have any downtime, or lag.
Well, the features fit my needs perfectly.
Sometimes saving a couple bucks a month isn't the best deal. I'm actually paying nearly half what I used to pay my old host and I'm getting much more for my money now.

It took much time for me to find the most reliable host for my web site. After reading some good feedback about glowhost.com I finally decided to give them a try as I was almost tired of searching a web host.
All I can say they provide really good hosting and also support service. I use the site to run my business and check e-mail on it everyday, and the network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price.

Well, tech support replies to my tickets within 10 minutes and explains everything to me. I like it.
The admin interface is great, webmail works perfectly, and POP3 mail is quick to connect and download emails into OE.
Thats what I call professional hosting service.
So far so good.
