😠 I received an email from them stating that my website at members.webs.com was bought over by exact hosting and that I was to take no action as it would be a straightforward transfer. Well my site has disappeared and despite several emails to find out what happened I have had no response. I had recently renewed my subscription with the previous company back in May and there was no information from them regarding a takeover. An absolute disgrace of a so called company. Stay clear of them if you can.

😠 This is a totally unscrupulous company trying to force services on me after my previous provider went out of business. I informed them clearly that I'm not interested in their service. They are very difficult to get a message to. I see from other reviews here they should be avoided like the plague.

😠 The previous company did a wonderful job. After Exact Hosting bought them out, I have had computer nightmare after computer nightmare. I believe they may have only three techs to address your problems via telephone. Two of them are incompetent, one of the is good. Stay away from these clowns! I, too, had problems when they "migrated" my account (whatever that means).

😠 this crappy exact hosting bought out OneWorldHosting, which I have had web hosting with for like 10 years. As soon as they took over everything went to Sh!t!! Every damn day I have to click a link to unblock my IP address with them. It took days to figure it out, no out of banker hours help. They totall suck, now I am in a nightmare trying to get my two domains over to a new host that has 24 hour support.

😠 Absolutely horrible experience. My site crashed; they were no help whatsoever. The old host got bought out and these guys took over. Had I known the experience would have led the demise of my blog, I would have moved before they transitioned. Years of work GONE. Do not use this company.

😠 Garbage.
They started a data center migration and their entire clown show has been down for over 48 hours. All our web and business email up in smoke.
We didn't choose these people. Our old registrar got bought out. If they ever come back online we'll be moving asap.

😠 Exact bought out my previous provider, over 300 hosted accounts, support was non-existent, they then chose to migrate my accounts to a "new" server. This "new" server was obviously not new and had a horrible IP reputation, causing virtually all emails to be rejected because of block lists..this went on ofr over 2 weeks and was never resolved, until I moved my accounts elsewhere.. WORST support on the planet, with responses taking upwards of 3 day, if you were lucky enough to even get a response. Support techs were also not honest, one told me she had requested a domain be unblocked 2 days before I even requested it...STAY AWAY FROM EXACT HOSTING!

😠 My account was moved to exact hosting from bulk register for no apparent reason with no option to do anything other than accept the migration early in the 2020 pandemic. They lost my web sites during the transfer and told me that it was too bad, they could not find them when I opened a ticket. Their online domain management systems are days if not weeks slow in updating everything with the exception of billing. they bill very well and at a premium. I have worked in IT since the 1990's and I have honestly not had such a bad experience with a vendor ever. I, and all of my clients will never use a Tucows Inc product again.

😠 Terrible. One day my registrar became exact hosting without my consent. On one website that they hosted, all business emails vanished. On another they were just the registrar, the SSL certificates are corrupt and everything including emails and website went away. Support is like dealing with the mafia.

😠 Similar problems as first reviewer. Exact bought 5 Dollar Hosting and destroyed it as well. Prices went WAY up and service went WAY down. Tech support that's only available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm - really?? I too have been having an email issue with one of my domains and the support is haphazard with no plan or communication. Now their answer is to use MailChimp. Nope, but I'll take my domains to a company that wants the business.

I had an email problem on Friday afternoon and they disappeared for the weekend leaving my business email screwed-up.
This is a BUSINESS and the limit me to a tiny number of emails per day and are arrogant on the verge of abusive when I complain!
