😞 Very poor customer service. Recent "system upgrade" resulted in loss of email capability. No advance warning of maintenance, no announcement of issues, Forum (which Dynu advicate using) threads and posts concerning issues were deleted. Noone from company responded to forum posts. Support request for explanations has gone unanswered (and has also been deleted from support tickets as far as I can see.).

😠 DYNU has simple and easy to use GUI, but the functionality is buggy at best and support staff lacks knowledge. Dynamic updates do not work. Site takes a long time to route mail. Support staff doesn't read thoroughly support request emails, and keeps asking for data that was either already provided, or that bears no relevance to issue. Some recommendations are just childish (-ly dumb) in nature. There are better DNS service companies.

😁 Easy to setup a domain which automatically got me setup with my DNS. I had some issues hosting the website off my PC at home but I followed the tutorial provided by the support team to get it all sorted out. Eventually, I just setup web redirect to host the website. Pleasant experience though some of the features they offer are too advanced for my understanding or needs.

😠 I bought my first domain with Dynu, it was cheap so i thought yeah why not? But then i had a few problems costumer service won't respond, I tried transfering my domain but i have to contact costumer support for that and they won't respond so i'm stuck with a domain i can't transfer to get even an email (I know they have a full service email but i won't give them any more money)
