Sadly, I have found DTS-NET to 1..not give any setup details for new accounts 2..take your money and run 3..not respond to phone call message (there is not a real person available either). 4..not respond to tickets (this is over several days and payment from me taken) Every contact I have had with them has been polite and courteous. I understand cheap, and dont expect instant service but to receive absolutely no service is criminal. In other words, they have taken my payment days ago, and I received receipts for payment, but nothing more (no hosting at all because its pending) except automatic ticket response: 'Thank you for contacting our support team. A support ticket has now been opened for your request.'

My initial experience was good enough that I paid for Business service for one year. After 1 week I had noticed that I was unable to use their FTP access and informed them about it;however, Using the server upload I was able to get the site going. I then found that their CWPanel would not allow you to sign in directly and you had to load it through their site. Often times it would not connect to the panel until the third or forth try. Then they stopped paying for their softaculous account which which prevented me from installing some of the software that I had paid to use. After that I found that their so called unlimited email account was not configured correctly and you could not send or receive emails from gmail users. Which also prevented anyone signing up for an account on your website from getting their email confirmation. When trying to tweek the website for best performance I found their service was subpar on gtmetrix. So I went to start fresh, and found I was no longer [read more...]

Once again Cpanel another price increase jan 1st 2021. DTS-NET made changes software providers back in 2019. Because of this move no worries of passing on cost to customers. Which keeps our customers happy. This was a good move from DTS-NET leadership back in 2019. DTS-NET Now has more features and options as well more opensource software for customers over Cpanel now and with no price increases to worry about in the future which is good for business Since 1997 DTS-NET leadership had to make many changes over the years. DTS-NET leadership said you have adapt to remain competitive for our customers and business.

1st time ever using a vps service and I never had a problem with host papa! It was really only used to test some college work and their tutorial video really when I got stuck. Also had to email customer service and got a quick response. Finally they are cheapest vps service on the web and believe me a checked many sites. There is no doubt that I will use them again when the time comes.

A small example 2 weekends ago we got a Ddos attack the support activated the shield and they were so helpful.

As web designer I tried many different hosts and found that there's no perfect one. However, DTS-NET does a really good job. They are honest with you… each time I call their support I get someone from North America.

You really can't beat DTS-NET for the price. I'm able to install as many sites as I want to. I'm running six drupal sites on one account and it works very well.

I've had multiple sites at DTS-NET for years.. I have never had a problem with service or technical support. The price is great and the technical support department has gone above and beyond to ensure my sites are online and operating the way they should
