😠 They really cheated me that they would not take VAT, but then when I had already asked them in the chat (where they said that they only needed an address proof that I livef in finland) and given them the transfer codes they came out and said.. Oh yeah.. You need to show this paper that say that you have a VAT registered company.. They wasted an hour of my time and did not even say sorry or being apologetic . Damn CHEATERS.. I wish I could make them PAY

😠 Dondominio, con una cláusula abusiva en el contrato me ha impedido el acceso a mi espacio web, he tenido un problema enorme al perder la web al migrar el dominio y no me han querido proporcionar un acceso ni siquiera ftp (¿qué les cuesta?), aunque aún me queda medio año de servicio de hosting contratado, pero aunque al contratarlo se hace como productos por separado, al migrar la web dan de baja el espacio hosting unilateralmente. Una vez que has contratado, estás atado esa cláusula. Buscan dinero fácil y no piensan en el cliente. Todo lo que tenía en esa nube se ha esfumado aunque solo he migrado el nombre de dominio a otro hosting.
Además tuve un problema de la web y para comprobar si aunque el problema probable era el espacio de la base de datos, no me permitieron comprobarlo ni aunque fuera 1 hora, sino que me obligaban a contratar un plan superior para ver si eso servía para arreglar el problema. 😠 Quiero destacar mi mala experiencia con Dondominio. Llevo comprados 9 dominios con ellos y en el último he tenido la malísima experiencia que el porta de venta donde los alojo, me ha enviado un correo esta mañana diciéndome que tenían que quitar de la venta uno de mis dominios porque el titular de la marca ha dado la orden. Me parece realmente mal que esa empresa venda dominios sin siquiera investigar si tienen dueños esos nombres y en tal caso, cuales son sus limitaciones acerca de esos dominios. Es como si yo vendo coches sin saber si han sido robados...Sinceramente me he llevado una grandísima decepción y luego de hablar con ellos, aún mas. Me cerraron por la cara el ticket que había abierto con soporte, sin siquiera preguntarme lo típico "necesita hacer alguna otra consulta?", nada, venga, "CERRADO" y hasta luego.
