😠 meine Domain unter domainsaubillig ist seit 7 ! Monaten nicht mehr erreichbar. der ganze Server scheint offline zu sein daher kann ich auch via FTP kein Backup ziehen. Alle mehrmaligen Versuche via Telefon, email, Kundenportal und sogar EU Schlichtungsverfahren wurden ignoriert - ohne Antwort. Eine neue Rechnung für das nächste Jahr konnten sie allerdings mailen. Werde also gezwungen rechtlich vor zu gehen, was nervt weil Zeit und Geld... Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

😠 Meine Domains und mein Server sind mehrere Tage nicht erreichbar.. der Kundensupport ignoriert meine Mails.
Im Rechnungen & Mahnung rausschicken ist der Marcus Baur sehr schnell... leider fokussiert er sich dabei nicht auf den wesentlichen Teil seiner Arbeit... das Hosting!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und muss leider sagen zu mehr als ein paar Domains günstig parken eignet sich dieser Hoster nicht.
Für den Kundensupport & Server würde ich gerne eine negativ Anzahl an Sternen geben.
Ich prüfe als nächstes jetzt rechtliche Schritte.. ggf ist es möglich den feinen Herren auf Schadensersatz für die Ausfälle zu verklagen...
