😠 Someone hacked our website so that the address points to someone else who is attempting to sell gold. When I sought help, I found that DNSimple does not answer its phone, but has it set to always say they are unavailable and ask you to leave a message. I did that, and also sent an email to them. Hours later, I have no response. Others can judge this customer service--for a really serious issue--for themselves.
