😠 I have used 3 free DNS domains for dynamic IPs to/for my home server and my experience is very bad! The 4 DNS servers are intermittently inactive and often out of sync. Every second “~$ dig mydomain” returned a different/old ip. Support requests came back because the server didn't know where to put its own mail. No service for over 1 month, no improvement in the situation. I wanted to help, but there is no contact.

😠 The web interface of DNSExit is outdated and recently does not seem to be able to handle the workload properly. When issues arise, the support (provided so far by a rather anonymous "Jack") tries first to shift the full responsibility towards the user instead of checking if the DNSExit system is working properly. Every time I contacted the support, I had to convince Jack that I had a problem: quite annoying.

😠 Been with them for quite awhile only because I haven't had the time to switch. I have a simple weather site that uses php. They can't seem to get it right. they use an outdated version of it. Not sure why, if I set my IIS server up and use it instead of them, everything works perfect. Using them, half of the information obtained via script isn't there?? I wouldn't recommend them and am looking for a different, up to date host.

😁 Mail Relay service is the best
I have been using DNS Exit Mail Relay service for 8 years and they are always the best. It probably won't guarantee 100% delivery rate but they are really good. At very rare occasions, you my have delivery problem but they got online too fix it by yourself and it usually fixes emails to the whole domain.

😁 DNS Exit is the best
I have been with them for 10 years and they are always the best. They provide the most reliable services and are good at support. They just don't support live for free users but they reply every email you sent to them even though you are free user. Never got down on their system in the last 10 years. Extremely stable

😠 dnsexit Support is Terrible
I've been using dnsexit for email relay and email redirection for a few years. The service seems pretty solid when it is working but don't count on them for support. They don't offer 24x7 support. You'll never speak to a live person, no one answers the web chat and it seems they only have one support person, named Jack, that response to emails. Don't take my word for it, go to their page and attempt to call or establish a web chat for yourself. You'll see there's never a live person to speak with.
The issue I experienced had to do with their SPAM processor in the email redirection component blocking and dropping all emails destined to my domain. I make no change to my system. Jack doesn't answer emails on the weekend BTW. He also didn't read the details of my issue and blamed my server for blocking the emails. Why the hell would I block emails that I want?
Jack either doesn't care about my issue or is totally unqualified to provide support.

😠 When it works its great. When thinks break support blames you, denies a problem, etc. Takes them 4+ days to reply to email (if at all) and chat his hit and miss. Support is rude, disconnects on you. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

They were good. then one day their mail hosting system failed. Spent three days with Jack, troubleshooting. Finally he gave up and blamed my server. I moved mail services on to another provider.
now randomly i notice that my other dns settings are randomly changing.
Ill be moving on.

I experience a lot of outage, weekly figures on availabilty less then 98%. They are not able to provide quick support for european customers. Daytime in europe are less supported.
today 64.286 % - outage : 5 uur 0 min
Last 7 days 96.835 % - outage : 5 uur 0 min
last 30 days 99.185 % - outage : 5 uur 47 min
As from 1st validation (beginning 2011) : 99.461 % outage : 20 uur 6 min

😁 This company is excellent. I have used them for years because of the low prices and the ease of use of their dns portal. Today, I called because I thought maybe my account was hacked. There was no hold time and the tech was able to help me very quickly. They were able to go back a year and tell me what login was used and from what IP. I am even more impressed than I was before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing DNS hosting services!!
