😠 I have been with this hosting company for over ten years. I chose them because they are local, and USED to be helpful. I have five sites, pay website hosting, business fees and ssl and have been dedicated to this company. For the past year, apparently they chose to go cheap and use out of country email support which is completely useless, they can never help with any questions or issues I have. Now that covid hit, they have been absolutely non existent. I had issues a week ago, and waiting on the speaker phone for over an hour was the first sign that I should be looking elsewhere, but I gave them another chance. Until now, my main site apparently is not secure even though I pay ssl, and that was my last straw. Another hour waiting for support and spending over $400 a year with them, looking elsewhere. My web hosting of these sites ends in october. BYE BYE

😁 never had any problems really but one time and I talked to human and the problem was resolved fast. They are really one of the lowest priced domain registrars on the net. Keep the good work!

😠 Bad service and bad warning system when your domain is going to expire. Their support said that emails was sent out to me but none was receive. Even registered a new domain lately with them and their system said an email was mailed to me but I still did not get any email of confirmation from them. Once it expire after 1 week, you will be charge $80 to renew it.

Once I had a problem accessing my web site, for something related to them, I called (it was Sunday) and to my surprise a human being picked up the phone, he was very helpful, and in no time my web site was working again. 😃 Have had this hosting service for about five years. Been through several changes in the service due to their management changes, but the changes went well. People at the service are helpful and have always solved any problem I had with service or billing. Soon will be adding a seond site and will have them host it.
Am using the Deluxe plus with CGI at $8.95 a month.
