😠 We are frequently facing outage of our VPS with Bodhost around 3 - 4 times a month where the server is down or slow and it always happens to be a node problem or network issue. The latest one is under ticket #JQJ-994-41571 and we are getting tired of so many issues.

I've seen a lot of changes since I first started four years ago, and one thing is for sure - this company is progressive. I've seen them consistently increase the amount of disk space and bandwidth, and they have added a lot of new features, and they keep on adding them. And they seem to take suggestions seriously. In fact, one time I sent in a suggestion, and they added it to the control panel the very same day! Every time I contact their support team, I get responses back right away, sometimes in less than 45 minutes, and the responses are almost always right on the matter of money. 😁 I have nothing but good things to say about these people. After going through at least half a dozen hosts in just a couple of weeks, Bodhost blew me out of the water. They are affordable, dependable, have great software. Transferring was easy.
I submitted a ticket and the money was refunded to my PayPal account with in a day or two. The support was prompt, courteous and helpful.
In conclusion, I would like to say that they are good, highly recommend you to host with them if your other hosting is giving you a hard time. Or if you are starting now, even better; you won't even know what "hosting problems" mean.

after a disaster they lost our data from a weekly backup.... unbelievable
if you have any issue or problem, you will have to explain it repeatedly to multiple of their staff members, who will try to pass you off to another support person (a neverending cycle)... it takes hours or days to resolve an issue that should take 10 mins to fix!

😠 This company is a biggest scam. Initially they talk like there is no good person as they are. But when you pay them and go for support then you will come to know they are good untill u ask any serious problem but when you face any serious issue they don't accept your chat and if you try again n again they will block your ip by their chat system.
Shane is the most fake person there. He promises you so much but after that you will not get for what you have paid and no one will talk to you even you will not get response by mail if you mail them regarding this type of issue. I face this problem and when I tried to chat with them they block my IP and when I used other IP they also blocked that. I was unable to initiate chat with them.
